This was our first time on Plum Island and we’ll definitely be back! We had such a great stay! The house was perfect- clean, spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels, great linens, comfortable beds. Easy walk to the beach, which was super quiet, no crowds. Great place to bring bikes and kayaks (Basin access right across the street!). Lucy’s cafe was perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast. We also enjoyed going to Newburyport for dinner and shopping.

We loved our stay at the basin. We extended by a day. It is perfect walking location to the basin and the ocean. The house is very clean and well kept. We loved the cottage feel. We stayed with our four kids. We will look forward to coming back!

The house was so cute and had all the things we needed and MORE! I absolutely appreciated all of the kitchen amenities. Fully stocked with a full set of pots and pans, coffee, utensils and everything you could possibly need. The rooms were so cute and cozy! Just a few steps away from the water. We love our stay

The home was absolutely beautiful. The host had everything anyone could have wanted. I truly felt at home there. I had lost my husband a little over a month ago. It was extremely hard on me. We had planned on going to Salem for Halloween this year, unfortunately he didn’t make it. So I took the trip myself with our 2 daughters and my best friend. I have found a lot of comfort and peace in the home. The neighbors were wonderful. The neighborhood was so quiet. The town was beautiful and the ocean view from the front porch was breathtaking. The host replied to all of my questions quickly. He was very respectful and accommodating. There’s so many good things to say about this home. If you’re looking for a place to get away, find peace and quiet, have a host that is absolutely phenomenal, have an amazing view to look at each morning and have a beautiful town to tour then this is definitely the home you want to stay in. The host makes sure that you have every single thing that you could possibly think you will need. It literally feels like you’re in your own home. I forgot my charging box to my cell phone charging cord. I opened the drawer and there one sat. So when I say this host literally has everything you need he truly does. It was one of the best places I have ever stayed in. I look forward to coming back again soon. I have been having a difficult time with my husband’s passing but I was able to find solace while staying in the home. It was so comforting and inviting.

Beautiful property, exactly as advertised! Thoughtfully decorated, very comfortable sleeping accommodations, and all details considered/accounted for, for a wonderful stay. Plum island is one of our favorite beach spots. My family of 4, with toddler and baby, enjoyed the quiet/walkable street, basin access directly across the street and public beach access about 5 min walk. Lots of great beach birds, nature walks for my son. We hope to come back and spend more time soon. Thank you for the hospitality!
