We loved our stay for our family reunion. Tons of space, very well appointed, great kitchen!

Perfect space for our family reunion. Kitchen had everything we needed and the owner was so helpful when the ice maker stopped working for reason’s none of us could decipher. He even brought us bags of ice for the week. Great location, close to town and the beach.

Birthday week

We were celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday. We were joined by our daughters, her 82 year old mother, and her siblings and nieces. It was a perfect house because there were so many spots for people to gather in a small group or come together in the communal kitchen/dining/living room. It was close enough to the beach for our family members who had to work during the week to join us for a lunch break. It was convenient for those of us who wanted to shop, get ice cream, or walk on the board walk. The house was perfectly appointed with everything you’d need. I highly recommend this property.

Nice experience

We were a group of 15, sometimes 17, all one family from Mom at age 87 to the littlest one at age 2. We loved to congregate for games at the big dining room table but also liked the privacy offered by the three floors and additional living room and den areas. The elevator was a must for Mom and a welcome treat for luggage carriers. We enjoyed both outside decks and the 3 young kids loved the top deck for bubble blowing. The walk to the beach was manageable and the access was great for pushing the beach wheelchair and wagons. We enjoyed being able to walk to town in a couple minutes and also to mini golf. There was plenty of parking for our 6 cars. There were minor things that needed tended to or fixed in the house but nothing major and nothing that really impacted our stay. Overall, everyone was pleased with the house - especially my brother who doesn’t always get his own room but this year he had a bed! We loved our family time here and would stay here again.

Overall pleasant vacation

Our stay was nice. We loved the location of the property. Only thing is the floors could have been cleaner. We took out a broom and vacuum and cleaned the floors because we had little ones with us.

The house itself was great, we had plenty of room for adults and kids. The downtown location so near the beach was wonderful, as long as you don't mind the nightly noise from rear of the restaurant and the early morning trash trucks in the alley.

Nice house, good location, great for families...loud early morning garbage pickup behind house

Overall this was a great place to stay. Close proximity to restaurants, shops, boardwalk, and beach. Great place for families with kids! One minor complaint is the daily dumpster pickup in the alley behind the house (~ 6:45-7:15am). The noise is loud and lasts for 10+ minutes. If it weren't for this early morning disturbance every day I'd rate the property 5 Stars.
