Escape to this gorgeous 4-bedroom Portsea retreat. Close the gates and relax in this very well-appointed 4-bedroom beach house (master suite with ensuite and king bed, 2 queen bedded rooms, and 2 singles/king bedroom - all beds have Tempur mattresses!)

The gardens are a beautiful feature of this 2000sqm private allotment inviting you to enjoy a peaceful landscape. Pick your herbs and cook up a storm in the chef's kitchen - all the appliances you could wish for are here.

Enjoy an extended lunch or dinner (or both!) on the long deck with the tennis court, flowers and hedge vista. A little bit Wimbledon!

Laze around on the grassed area or a sunbed next to the pool and dip into the spa to soothe your muscles after a set of tennis.

Sit under the old olive tree while you BBQ your dinner or have fun cooking pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven.

The dining room extends indoors and the living room has plenty of couches to sink into to play games or sit by the fireplace.

We had the most amazing 5 night stay, soaking up everything this special home has to offer. Days were spent playing on the tennis court, swimming in the pool/spa and enjoying long, relaxed lunches outdoors on the deck with a beautiful location as our backdrop. It was a time where our family truly came together—laughing, reconnecting, and making memories. Thank you Kathryn, everything was perfect.

We had the best weekend here! Everyone had the best night sleep on the Tempur mattresses. Loved everything about the place. Perfectly set up. Very nice relaxing in the spa too. Walking distance to Portsea Pub and short drive to Sorrento.

Fantastic host and property

We had a fantastic stay at Kathryn’s place. Very easy to find and check in and check out process was all very easy. Such a great property, perfect location between Sorrento and Portsea (walking distance to Portsea pub), would gladly book again. Very responsive host as well, so would highly recommend :)

The house was absolutely delightful to stay at. Included so many extra littke things like the pantry and fridge were stocked with some items, tennis racquets included, extra blankets and pet supplies. The bed were clean and super comfy. Only little trouble we had was finding out how to open the main property gate to get inside on arrival. Once we figured it out, the keys were easy to access and the rest was smooth sailing.
