The house we stayed in was immaculate. The owner was great with her communication about the house and surrounding amenities. There was nothing that my wife and I would have changed.

About the host
Hosted by Colleen O'Connor
My name is Colleen and I moved here in 2021 after raising my four children in Massachusetts for 20 years. I love the warmer weather here in DC and never get tired of seeing our National Monuments. I have 2 dogs that keep me busy on walks down to the waterfront. My adult children visit every chance they get and we play pickleball and basketball in Rose Park when we are not enjoying dinners in Old Town VA or taking the Water Taxi in Georgetown to restaurants at Washington Harbor. I enjoy sharing/renting my home during the month of May each year and hope that you enjoy the area as much as I do during your stay.
Why they chose this property
I love this East side of Georgetown primarily for the quiet neighborhood that is only steps to all the action on M Street and easy walking to the waterfront and the monuments.
What makes this property unique
With Rose Park literally right across the street, the home has an amazing green space view not to mention a Farmers Market, Pickleball, Tennis, Basketball, and Baseball right outside the front door! This home has an elevator to all floors except for the bedroom on the 3rd floor. The Primary Bedroom (accessible via the elevator) has a bathroom that is wheelchair accessible with support-bar accommodations for those with mobility issues.
