The pool house is on twenty acres, along with a main house. The property is only 5 minutes to downtown, 5-10 minutes to shopping, golf course, and wineries, and 10 minutes to the Beach!! Because I check in with my parents (90 and 94 years old) to deliver them groceries and provide them with essential services, my household and I are very careful to social distance, wear masks when coming into contact with people outside of my household, and respect and abide by all CDC suggestions.
