Great spot, very beautiful surroundings. Inside of the house is fun with lots of cultural art. 2 wonderful cats roamed the property and kept us company. Host was flexible and very communicative, let us stay and extra hour past checkout.

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.--SERIOUSLY!!
This property is terrible, and I left after one night despite booking a two-night stay. The owner did practically nothing to make this property attractive from the guest's perspective. The yard areas were filled with old dog feces, and the interior smelled of a combination of mold, dampness, mildew, and composting. Equally disgusting was (is) the refrigerator, which was filled with the owner's food — wilting vegetables, and crumbs were everywhere. The freezer was practically full, and the whole fridge needed to be wiped down, defrosted, and sanitized. While the location is near a river, which sounds appealing, the access path to it is not maintained and is overgrown with sticker bushes. I was unsure where to step, lest I lose my footing and fall. I was also worried for the safety of my dog venturing down to the river for the same reason. It's as if the owner has no idea how to properly present a structure for paying guests. I was so creeped out by the place that I refused to take a shower, sleep in the bed, use the bathroom more than absolutely necessary (it, too, had an unpleasant odor), or cook more than one meal. I left before sunrise the next morning and couldn't wait to shower at home and put my clothes in the washer to get rid of the stench. This is all a shame, because prior to my arrival, the owner was friendly and prompt in his communication. Despite this, the cabin is not properly positioned or maintained to serve guests. STAY. AWAY!!
