Thanks for the great review Syd. Glad that you and all enjoyed the space! Looking forward to your next stay.
Our stay was absolutely perfect! Truly a 5 out of 5 experience in every way. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought the hosts have put into creating such a special space. Their hospitality was outstanding: warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed. The home itself is incredible. Every detail feels intentional, from the design and decor to the little touches that make you feel instantly comfortable and at ease. The atmosphere they’ve created is both beautiful and inviting! It CCstrikes that rare balance of feeling like a luxury stay while also feeling like home.Everything was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described (if not better). You can tell the hosts go above and beyond, thinking of things you didn’t even realize you’d appreciate until they’re there. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a flawless getaway.

We had a great time, the metro station is super close by and there are plenty of restaurants 3 blocks away. The Logan cirle area is beautiful. Highly recommended
This place is a gem. It was clean, and well organized. The laundry was great to have as well. It's located in a storybook type of neighborhood but just a few blocks away from the liveliness of U street. I've used apps like these for years but this is by far the best experience I've ever had. 1,000,000/10
I spent a few days in DC visiting my sister and nephew, and I’m so glad I got to stay here with my dog. Matthew and Chad were incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout my stay. The space itself is lovely—centrally located in DC, yet tucked away at the back of the property, so it stays quiet and peaceful. The patio was a perfect spot for relaxing or socializing. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay! The apartment has just been fully renovated, which was well done. The bed is comfortable, the wifi worked well, and it had all the amenities I needed (washing machine, iron, plenty of coffee, etc). Having lived in DC for many years, this neighborhood is always on my shortlist of places to stay with a great mix of restaurants that are within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend!

Nick,
It was a pleasure to have you stay. So glad you enjoyed your time here. The neighborhood is amazing as you point out !! Come back soon!
Matthew and Chad were lovely hosts, and their in-law apartment within their home was perfect for our needs: close to our daughter as well as many amenities and the DC sites. Their VRBO was outfitted with so many nice touches, including a comfortable patio for outdoor sitting, a fully outfitted kitchen and luxurious bathtub, as well as a living room space that included fun reading material and resources that enhanced our stay. They were accessible and friendly, and we enjoyed socializing with them. Highly recommend.

Eden,
We loved having you and Jeff as our guests. Thanks for taking such good care of our little piece of heaven! Please come back the next time you're out this way to visit your daughter.
This place is truly a gem in Logan Circle. Five From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the aesthetics — thoughtful, welcoming, and beautifully done. A space that said, enjoy your time in DC. Every detail was considered, from the stocked essentials (conditioner, shampoo, soap) to a fully equipped kitchen — even a lemon squeezer. The bottle of wine waiting for us was such a warm and special touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living space felt both elevated and inviting, with a large TV that made it easy to relax at the end of the day. What really set this stay apart was the outdoor space. In the middle of the energy and buzz of Logan Circle, we found a peaceful retreat. Mornings with coffee felt calm and grounding, and evenings were filled with grilling, cocktails, and laughter. And the location — you truly can’t beat it. Everything is within walking distance, the access to scooters and bike rentals made it even better.Chad and Matthew were wonderful hosts. Communication was seamless, they made sure we had everything we needed, and even with the shared space, it never once felt intrusive — just easy, comfortable, and well thought out.The air conditioning kept everything cool and comfortable during a hot spell — it made a big difference and was absolutely perfect. It struck the perfect balance of comfort, style, and experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

Thank you for the wonderful review!! It was a pleasure meeting you and your family!! Please come again!!!
The home was easy to find and in a great neighborhood. It has great curb appeal and the courtyard and outside area are both relaxing and elegant. The furniture inside was comfortable and stylish. Everything for our stay was thoughtfully provided from the great choices of coffee to the spa like essentials for our stay. Me and my two daughters and 1 great granddaughter felt so safe and looked after. Being small town women in a big city can be a bit scary but these gentlemen made sure we felt safe and secure. They mapped our trip to the National Stadium by metro and made sure we were staying hydrated during the heatwave. We are already planning our return trip.

Why they chose this property
Living at the intersection of U St, Shaw, and Logan Circle neighborhoods puts us in the center of the most vibrant parts of Washington, DC. Tons of local restaurants and drinking spaces are within 2-3 blocks. The neighbors work together to keep the neighborhood clean, safe, and pleasant for residents and visitors alike! An example of neighbors working together is the beautiful median going down the center of Vermont Ave that has been maintained by residents for over 20 years!!!
What makes this property unique
A very special feature of our historic end unit row home is that it is set back from our neighbor with an alley running the entire length of the property. This provides a uniquely large front and side outside space for your relaxation and enjoyment.
This property is central to most activities in DC. Whether you want to walk, ride a bike, use the Metro Bus/Rail as public transportation or Ride Share, seeing all the city has to offer couldn't be more convenient!!
If you choose to relax on the property, there is a 6 ft privacy fence enclosing multiple quaint shared spaces to enjoy quiet time and admire the beautiful garden.
