This spacious home features an open living and dining area with a comfy couch, armchair, Smart TV, and a dining table for four surrounded by natural light. A custom-built bar adds a fun touch. The fully renovated kitchen includes dual sinks, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, and is stocked with all the essentials. Enjoy a quick bite at the breakfast counter or brew coffee with the Keurig—pods included.

Step outside to a cozy front porch with two chairs and a fully fenced backyard with a dining table for six, a basketball hoop, and a pickleball set for up to eight. Inside, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms with new 2025 mattresses, fresh linens, ceiling fans, central AC, blackout shades, and plenty of closet space. A travel crib is also available.

There are two full bathrooms—one recently updated with a custom 1920s NC-built vanity. For wellness, enjoy a treadmill, hand weights, and a yoga ball. Tech perks include three Smart TVs with top streaming services, fast Wi-Fi, and a full security system. The home also includes a laundry room with washer, dryer, and drying space.


Safety & Security
For your safety and peace of mind, the property includes a few security features used only in emergencies. There are three exterior cameras (backyard near the fire pit, carport that shows the side door and street, and Ring doorbell on front door). These do not record continuously and are only accessed by the owner if needed for safety reasons.

There is one interior camera located inside the locked Owner’s Closet with clear signage.

A security system is available for your use and can be enabled or disabled at your discretion. We respect your privacy and are happy to disable cameras upon request during your stay.
