Beautiful property! Had a great experience! Home was close to downtown Highlands and a few other places of interest. Would definitely stay here again. Home was clean, had the basics spices for cooking, sufficient towels for guests, laundry room with soap provided, etc. must buy your own firewood for in and out fireplace/pit. Host was great had to reach out before arrival and she was very responsive, always appreciated!
We were a party of four with pets. The accommodation suited us very well and the fenced in back area was great for the dogs. The host was responsive to questions and comments and despite terrible unseasonable weather we had a great time. Highlands itself is only minutes away and it was a good location from which to explore the area generally. Wifi worked well in an area that has poor mobile service generally.
Property was a great location for our needs. Kitchen was well stocked for staying in one night and thankfully the rain stopped in time for the family to enjoy the firepit outside. Host was wonderful at communication and getting back to me quickly when questions were asked.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and would love to welcome you back anytime!
We enjoyed the open air outdoor spaces and the comfortable and cozy atmosphere inside the house. We were a group of 8 and the bedroom configuration of 3 king beds and one queen bed worked for our group. The house is a bit older and gad lots of character, along with all of the expected upgrades. Melissa was very proactive and timely with all of her responses to our needs. We would love to use this space again, ideally in cooler weather to make use of the firrr we place and fire pit. We didn’t use the grill and there were 4 ample parking spaces. There were no bedrooms adjacent to the main floor , so steps are involved in getting to any of the bedrooms. This was not an issue for us, but it might be a challenge for other renters. We always appreciate coffee and ice already stocked upon our arrival, especially if we check in late, which we did. I recommend this property and would definitely stay here again

This is an older split level home with nice outside space. The inside is a bit choppy and there are only 3 full baths and a half bath unlike listed in description. One “bedroom” is a large basement with arcade games, table games, a tv and other games with a king size bed tucked in the corner. Two of the 5 bedrooms are upstairs with no bathroom. They must use downstairs powder room or go into another bedroom for showering, very inconvenient. The property seemed like it had been vacant for a bit before our arrival due to dead bugs in floor and vanities. The host were notified and they responded swiftly. I had a laundry list of things that need to be addressed to make this property a “premier” rental but as of now, I can only give a 3 rating at best! There was an ice maker but unlike other guest, it was empty and we could not get it to work…we were a party of 7 with including 3 small children and they most enjoyed the deck area.
