Spend time with the people you love in this tranquil and luxurious cabin on Lake Osakis. Resort-like amenities, but you get the whole place to yourself!
Year-round fun! SUMMER fun on the lake, fishing, kayaking, pontoon outings, yard games, and outdoor grilling. FALL colors, visits to local parks and wineries, cozy evenings by the wood-burning fireplace, or warm up in the sauna at the house. WINTER ice-fishing, snowmobiling, epic snowball fights, and a fireplace and sauna to warm you up. SPRING flowering trees, tranquil pitter patter of spring rains on the windows, local outings, and evening bonfires.
Lots of space: You'll have plenty of room to spread out in the spacious interior, which boasts sweeping views of the lake.
Large yard: Find entertainment in the large, flat yard by enjoying the bonfire pit, playing games like cornhole or bocce ball or simply soaking up the quiet and tranquility from a chair on the deck.
Sauna: Enjoy the private sauna just steps from the house, a great way to warm up and sweat away your stress year-round!
Cook a feast: With a large kitchen, a dining table that expands to seat 10-12 people, and lots of cooking supplies, you can cook a feast and connect with those you love over a delicious meal. And don't worry, there's a dishwasher, too!
Stocked full of fun: The cabin is stocked with board games, puzzles, and some children's toys, so you can pack a bit lighter.
Lake view bonfires: With a lakefront bonfire pit you can enjoy s'mores or campfire fun in view of the lake. Be prepared for lots of loon calls and views of the stars. If you're lucky, you might even catch the Northern Lights!
Boat rental: If you are interested in renting a pontoon, we have one parked at the home's dock that is typically available seasonally (June-September) for rent through Boatsetter.
Water Fun: Fish right from the dock or take a canoe or kayak out for some tranquility on the lake. Keep your eyes peeled for local wildlife as well - turtles, fish, muskrats, and more. We don't typically swim right off the dock since it is shallow and there are lots of plants. A lily pad is available for use upon request to bring out with a boat for swimming.
Gazebo and woods: Want to relax in a cozy gazebo in the woods, or send the kids outside to build stick or snow forts in the woods? We've got your covered! This cabin sits on almost 3 acres of land and has a magical pine grove that kids will love.
If you have your own boat or snowmobile, there is ample space to park trailers on the property. The nearest public boat access is about a mile away. Access to the Central Lakes and Lake Wobegon snowmobile trails are just a few miles up the road.
