Cottage on the Pond is tucked away from the summer crowds at the end of a picturesque lane with ocean views from the front porch, and views of the mill pond. We are conveniently located to all Rockport amenities – a two minute stroll to Front Beach; a one minute walk to the park and five minutes to famous Bearskin Neck alive with boutique shoppes, seafood restaurants and attractions for all ages. Some of our favorite moments here are sipping coffee while watching the sunrise from the privacy of our screened in porch, afternoons grilling outside in the backyard as the sun sets through the old oak trees, and cool rainy days by a cozy fire. With three bedrooms that sleep up to six people, the Cottage on the Pond is the perfect family destination.

We are pleased and excited to share with you that we have completed the renovation of an additional second bathroom with laundry and an updated kitchen expansion to our beloved Cottage on the Pond. At the same time we have remodeled the existing bathroom offering our guests more comfort and convenient but without giving up the charm of the old twenties style cottage. We now have a new washer and dryer. The porch has great views to the ocean and the backyard overlooking the mill pond will still be the gathering place for family and friends around the fire pit.

Our unique location offers up to eight parking spaces for all three cottages, working fireplaces, an abundance of linens and inclusive items that make for a seamless vacation all within a two minute walk to Front Beach. As always, your family pets are welcome at no extra charge.

The high season from mi-June through mid-September will remain a two week minimum stay or better. Recharge your soul, rest, relax and rejuvenate. Life is good in Rockport and even better at “Cottage on the Pond”!

Should your reservations need to be cancelled, we respectfully request that we receive such notice as soon as possible. With such a short summer season, refunds or partial refunds will be based on timing as our calendars fill up a year in advance and difficult to rebook for long range planning.
