Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Special holidays such as Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. have minimum nights required and special holiday rates.

Great place but was not clean prior to our arrival. Made the owner aware and we cleaned up. Sent list to owner and never received a reply. We’ve used another home belonging to this owner many times and had absolutely no complaints. This time was disappointing in the house but we had a great time.

we had originally booked heavenly views but was asked the week of the stay to switch homes, due to another family needing the wheelchair ramp. I was ok about switching but then felt a little regret, since I had booked this back in February. once we arrived to the new place ocean mist my regret went away, this place was a beautiful, spacey and my family was comfortable. we had the best 4 days; kitchen was big and had all the utensils pots and pans we needed. Thank you again i recommend highly, and will defiantly return

This is one of the most beautiful and spacious homes on the island and in the best location. There is no home like this home, the amenities are endless, the home was purchased brand new in 2008 and was completely remolded in 2021, all appliances, furniture, bedding and the decking is huge, massive and the view in incredible. Just a few yards from the beach without having to climb sand dunes and other unpleasant objects. this is the house every one talks about in Surfside Beach, Texas. Come see why for yourself.

Huge decking freshly painted with a brand new picnic table and the beachy fresh colors inside, lavender, peach, pink, light blue, light green amazing colors on the inside of this home.
