Great Beachfront Home

We loved our stay at Folly Beach. The home was great. It is a little worn, as to be expected from rentals, but is exceptionally well kept, with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens (bring your own beach towels). The porches are incredible with private access to the beach. Very close to downtown Folly Bech. Check in and check out were extremely easy. Highly recommend!!!

Pretty home step onto beach out back deck. Plenty of sleeping space and great room to spend together. Sit on back deck and watch sun rise listening to the waves hitting the beach

What a wonderful stay at Surfer’s Paradise!! House was the perfect size for our family. Plenty of room and walking out the door to the beach was even better! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic house!!

Overall a great house. Love the location. Issues to address:Master bathroom sinks do not drain properly. Dish rack in dishwasher is very difficult to slide in and out. Sliding glass doors on main level do not lock.

This home has the most beautiful views! We could not have been more happy with this property!

The management company was wonderful to deal with, and made us feel like any needs we had were of the utmost importance. The beach was quiet and peaceful when we were here, and the views from the decks were in incredible. We would definitely rent this home again!

Absolutely wonderful time! We couldn’t ask fi”for a better location. We came for our daughters wedding on Folly Island and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect, it could use a little updating but we had a wonderful time and the ocean front location was great!

Perfect Beachfront Location

Great house for a large group or family. Lots of room and bathrooms. Large dining table was great at meal time. The view out the floor to ceiling windows can't be beat. Just steps from the water's edge. I would highly recommend this property and would certainly consider a return visit.

Surfer’s Paradise

The process for renting the property was very easy. We loved the property and location and will definitely plan to rent again. Some updates such as comfort of beds and efficiency of HVAC system would be great! Overall it was a wonderful home and location for our family. Thank you for opening your home to us.

This property has spectacular views! It was very clean and offers more beds than on the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gear you would need to cook. The beach is absolutely beautiful. It’s clean and easy to access from the house. The downside to this property was the lack of maintenance. Several of the kitchen appliances needed maintenance, ceiling fans didn’t work, bathroom sinks and showers did not drain well. There was some sort of water damage in the stairwell that lead to the master suite and the stairs were warped along with a strong musty odor. For the price of this rental I would have expected better property care. We had a great stay regardless but I would not book again.

Surfers Paradise beautiful in the fall

Came Down for a wedding and wanted an oceanfront home that 4 different families could use as home base without being in each other's way. This property didn't disappoint! Plenty of areas to spread out. The absolutely immense deck was great. Unbelievable views from inside the home. Surfers and dolphins every day. This is a prime location for great surf. We will definitely look for this place again for large.gatherings.

Absolutely Amazing Beach House

We are a Gymnastics club that’s some coaches and families that stayed at this property. It truly was amazing! The views and beach were stunning. You basically have your own private beach. The house was very clean and the upstairs suite is great as we had a family with 2 littles and it was nice for them to have the space to nap etc. A lot of common area but also the bedrooms are great if you need a break. AGAIN…. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Delight of Christmas Morning Dolphins!

I usually rent houses at Folly for Christmas week. My family had such a wonderful time! It was very cold, despite the weather we woke up every morning and enjoyed a Beautiful view. House was exactly what we wanted. Christmas morning we got Amazing dolphin show directly out the front windows just for us! In the afternoon I found 5 perfect sea dollars and a starfish! Beach walk was perfect! Great kitchen for cooking! Nice Christmas at Folly Beach to end our year with!
