Comfortable two bedroom home close to many restaurants and walking distance to King St. & downtown attractions. There is off street parking and short drives to other areas of Charleston across the bridges. We would stay again when in the area.
We were in Charleston visiting my daughter at the College of Charleston. The location was great. Very walkable to everything. Very homey feel and the beds were super comfortable.
It was perfect for my daughter and myself. Loved easy parking and walking to King Street although plenty of options before getting there. Lovely decor, comfortable and functional! Host was responsive and accommodating. I felt safe which traveling as women is always a concern and loved that walking around you got to see the unique architecture that is Charleston!
Wonderful stay with a very responsive host! The living room/kitchen were exactly as pictured and the bedrooms have definitely been upgraded since photos were last taken. Even better than pictured! Great location to explore the city, can walk almost everywhere and also a quick uber! Highly recommend staying here.
This is a carefully curated spot to refresh and recharge during your days exploring Charleston. The beds are super-comfortable and having your car parked right outside the door is such a plus for a downtown location. It's also a very good value overall. The host has obviously put a lot of thought and care into her home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for walking to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean and comfortable. Would rent again if staying in historic Charleston.
Walkability to the best restaurants on King and a stellar coffee shop around the corner. Bed layout and rooms was great for a vacation with kids when parents will be up later. Great natural sunlight and a fabulous off-street parking spot for safer entry/exit.
Everything was great about the house and location. Need a better coffee machine and it would be nice to get the check in / check out information along with parking details before your arrival.
Loved the place confortable beds and nice decoration. Marybeth was very responsive to our messages and everything was as listed.
The only caveat was that in the downstairs living room it was a bit cold. But it is true that durong our stay it was really cold for Charleston and the high ceilings are better for summer
We loved it as soon as we opened the door! Everything is well done and comfortable! When we come back to Charleston, we will definitely stay here again! Mary Beth was great! Hope everyone that stays here enjoys her artwork….it’s all around the house. She’s very talented! Spring St has a lot to offer and King St is a quick walk. We had a great Thanksgiving weekend, 2025!
This location was a very clean and cozy, close enough to the busy city life where you can walk to some places, but far enough away where you still feel like you have a tiny, quiet corner of heaven. Highly recommend!!!
Wonderful space to relax, felt like home. Great decor and Mary Beth's paintings are beautiful. Comfortable bed, functional and well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the neighborhood. Bad Bunny Coffee is 1/2 a block away. Loved Daps for breakfast.
We really enjoyed the location, ease of checking in and out, and the flexibility of the owner. The house was very well furnished with new appliances. Overall we loved it!
This place was just right. The location was a little far from some places we wanted to go but you can Uber anywhere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It’s tucked in off the Main Street. The host was very speedy in getting back with you. Great price as well.
The house was the cutest little house and the perfect place for sister time! It was so cute and clean and just what we needed to re charge. We enjoyed the neighborhood and being in walking distance
(1/2 mile from King St) to all the things. We enjoyed the cutest coffee shop, Bad Bunny, every day.
Everything was fantastic! Mary Beth was responsive and accommodating. Great location with walkable places to eat and shop and a quick Uber to King Street and the market area. The house was comfortable and the neighbors were super nice. 😃
This property was very well appointed, clean and in a wonderful location. The off-street parking right next to the house was super convenient. We would love to stay here again when we return to Charleston.
