About this property
River Romance
River Romance is a one-bedroom Pigeon Forge cabin offering waterside relaxation for up to four guests. This cabin defines “the best of both worlds”: It sits on a picturesque riverbank, yet it’s also walking distance from attractions in downtown Pigeon Forge! You get both quiet, natural beauty and all the fun of a bustling town. Step inside to see why River Romance is the ideal getaway for a couple or a family.
Living Room
The cozy living area boasts two of the plushest, plumpest sofas anywhere. Kick off your shoes, light a blaze in the stone fireplace, then sink into a buttery-soft suede sofa. Overhead, the exposed beam ceiling is a nod to historic cabins of the past. Underfoot, a lovely rug covers deep honey-gold wood floors. This is the perfect spot for a romantic night by the fire or a family movie night, watching flicks on the flat-screen TV.
Kitchen
The open plan main level puts the kitchen at the heart of the cabin. Everything is close at hand in this compact, conveniently designed space. Sleek, black appliances and countertops set a trendy tone. Beautiful wooden cabinetry is filled with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need. A wooden counter divides the kitchen from the living area, and serves as your table for prepping food, eating meals, or checking email.
Bedroom
When a cabin has one bedroom, that bedroom should be extra special. River Romance’s bedroom lives up to that ideal, with its own private fireplace and a jetted bathtub next to the bed. The deliciously comfy king mattress is in an old-fashioned bedstead made of rich, dark wood. A vintage-style quilt adds to the country chic decor. The flat-screen TV is wall-mounted in just the right position so you can see it while you stretch out in bed.
The bathroom has a roomy shower stall. The sink includes ample counter space for laying out your toiletries. Unpack, and you’ll feel right at home. There’s a handy half bath, too.
Need more sleeping spots? A queen sleeper sofa is ready to give your family a great night’s rest.
Game Room and Bar Just off the kitchen is the delightful game room, where Smokies sunlight pours in through huge windows. Challenge the kids to games of air hockey on the full-sized air hockey table–the winner picks dinner! An electronic dartboard offers hours of fun, and keeps score so you don’t have to. This airy room features a corner bar with barstools, so you can sit, sip, and cheer on the players.
Outdoor Spaces
The log cabin exterior gives the cabin’s big, wraparound porch a rustic feel. Even better, this porch boasts a unique feature, an outdoor fireplace of stacked river stone! Pull up a rocking chair and toast your toes by the fire while mountain breezes ruffle your hair.
Around the corner, the bubbling hot tub, in its own private alcove, will massage your stress away with jets of warm water. Later, perch on the porch swing and listen to the gentle sound of the river flowing nearby.
Other Amenities
Complimentary WiFi helps you book tickets to Pigeon Forge’s famous stage shows, or order takeout from local eateries. Try the Tennessee BBQ!
Your rental includes two parking spaces for your exclusive use.
No need to haul your own linens from home. This rental includes all the fluffy towels and soft sheets you need.
River Romance provides a washer and dryer, so cleaning up after a muddy hike is a snap.
