The Space:
Between Beaches offers a polished coastal stay in one of Middletown’s most desirable beachside neighborhoods. Soft natural light, clean finishes, and space for up to eight guests make it an excellent choice for families or small groups seeking proximity to the shore.
Living and dining areas are open and welcoming, with generous seating, large windows, and an easy flow for gathering throughout the day. A well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and bar seating for casual meals or conversation while cooking.
Two queen bedrooms are located on the main level along with a full bath that includes a tub-shower combination. Upstairs, a third queen bedroom offers added privacy, and a fourth bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk is ideal for children. A convenient second full bathroom serves the upper level, as well.
Outdoor space includes a grassy yard, a furnished patio, and an outdoor fireplace—perfect for evening gatherings after a day at the beach. Between Beaches is the perfect summer getaway spot located (you guessed it!) between Easton and Sachuest Beaches in Middletown, RI on coveted Easton's Point, We're also just minutes from Newport along with nearby trails, cafés, and coastal views.
Guest Access:
Enjoy full private access to the entire home, fenced outdoor living area, and spacious driveway. We have everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay.
The Neighborhood:
Aquidneck Island is a coastal enclave known for its scenic charm, historic character, and approachable scale. With most streets limited to 25 mph, the island maintains a calm, family-friendly atmosphere that encourages unhurried exploration. Its intimate size makes it easy to navigate, offering a quiet rhythm that reflects the essence of seaside New England.
Getting Around:
Getting around the island is both easy and enjoyable. Many of our homes are situated in residential neighborhoods where walking, biking, scootering, or renting a golf cart offers a relaxed and scenic way to explore the area.
Other Things to Note:
We provide dedicated driveway parking for up to four vehicles. Please note that parking on the grass berms is not permitted, as that area is owned by the Town of Middletown and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the designated driveway and limit vehicles to four.
Interaction with Guests:
We’re located just down the street and are always happy to assist should you need anything—don’t hesitate to call or text. Otherwise, we’re pleased to give guests the privacy and space to fully enjoy their stay.
