Cute cape cottage located just one block from beautiful Noyac Bay in the beach community of Pine Neck in the Hamptons. This happy house has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, outdoor shower, ceiling fans, central air-conditioning, bluestone patio, and private fenced yard. Just stroll out the front door and head to the beach around the corner or jump in your car and you're just 7 miles from the beautiful sandy Atlantic Ocean beaches. Centrally located: just 3 miles from quaint/historic downtown Sag Harbor, 5 miles from the Bridgehampton train station and 10 miles from East Hampton and Southampton, and an easy walk to Cromer's grocery/deli with the best fried chicken in the Hamptons. Noyak Bay is great for swimming, sailing, motor boating, kayaking, fishing, clamming, parasailing and paddle boarding. Home comes with kayaks and paddle board. You can even anchor your own boat right off the beach just 1 block away for free. Walk to wooded and beach trails for hiking. Enjoy a campfire on the neighborhood beach roasting marshmallows and hot dogs, or boil lobster right over the fire. You can even cook up the clams you pulled from the water earlier that day.

Great stay

We had a fantastic day, Bill and Lori the owners were amazing to help us out with anything we needed. Great quiet neighborhood with beach access for my two boys to hang out and play. We really enjoyed the outdoor space as well as fun decor in the house back patio was great for relaxing in the morning with a cuppa coffee

Paradise!

What a delightful stay we had in Lori’s and Bill’s splendid cottage by the bay! The garden is a beautiful refuge from the pressures of the day to day hustle and bustle. It is evident in every whimsical corner of this house that love and care and intention was put into its design. We had access to kayaks and paddle boards and the beach is a short walk. The Pine Neck neighborhood was a wonderful place for our older teen to cycle through and explore. Lori and Bill were present at check in and highly attentive throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this wonderful home for you family stay.

A beautiful beach cottage with a gorgeous garden and close proximity to Hamptons highlights

We had a truly wonderful week at this lovely home in a seaside community near Sag Harbor, and could not have asked for a more thoughtful and responsive host in Lori. The house itself is immaculately kept and beautifully decorated, with a large, well-kept garden full of flowers, herbs, birds and fireflies. You can walk to a shell beach just a couple of blocks away, or take a short drive to the stunning Atlantic Beach. The cafes, restaurants and boutiques of Sag Harbor, Amagansett and East Hampton are close by, and our toddler loved the Children's Museum in Bridgehampton. It's a brilliant spot for families and for city folks in need of a peaceful escape. At the house, everything was provided: towels, linen, beach mats, bikes etc. Overall, a perfect stay. Thank you!

We (Bill & Lori) are a creative couple who make documentaries for a living. Whenever we aren't out on a shoot or working in the NYC we are where we love to be most of all, at our beach house in Pine Neck.

Why they chose this property

Convenient to everything. In walking distance to water, hiking, grocery store and restaurants, one can spend their entire stay never leaving our little beach community. Or venture just minutes away to reach the white sandy ocean beaches and everything else the Hamptons has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Situated in the laid-back beach community of Pine Neck. Sit in the rocking chairs out front and watch the neighbors stroll by, BBQ in the private backyard, sail, swim, fish, or go clamming just steps from your door. Grocery, restaurant and bar all within walking distance, or take a quick ride to the historic village of Sag Harbor just 3 miles away for fine dining, live theater and great people watching. Beautiful ocean beaches just 7 miles door to shore.
