Bayside cottage near Marconi and Bike Path
Recently updated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage on a quiet street near the bike path and Marconi beach.
Enjoy a quiet evening in the yard, which abuts an undeveloped area, or stay cozy inside and watch a movie. There is a small private bay beach at the end of the road, and Marconi Beach is nearby. Both are easy to reach on bike, or drive to the many beaches and ponds that Wellfleet has to offer. The rail trail bike path is nearby.
Bike to PB Boulangerie for croissants or down to Orleans for lunch. We've just installed mini splits for AC comfort. The first bedroom has a comfy queen, and the second has bunk beds with a queen on the bottom and twin on top. Perfect for a couple or a small family!
