WOW! This direct oceanfront 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo has amazing views of the beach and ocean, renovated with new LVP flooring, new furniture, new TVs, and fresh paint. The main bedroom offers a king bed and deluxe en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom suite has another king bed, its own en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a private balcony, ideal for multi-family stays. The third bedroom has two queen beds.



Located on the 17th floor of Brighton, in Kingston Resort, spectacular ocean views can be seen from the breakfast bar, dining area, living room, and main bedroom. On your private balcony, settle into the table and seating with a good book, or work or study remotely with the sea views in front of you. Free parking and free high-speed WiFi (400 Mbps) are included.



Brighton Tower is a 21-story oceanfront high-rise in the gated, 24/7-secured Kingston Resort, a safe, family-friendly environment. Please note: Embassy Suites' pool and Splash Park are not included, and no passes are available for purchase, as Embassy does not sell pool tickets.

We loved the room. It was clean, had everything we needed. Owners responded right away with any questions. The area was nice and seemed much more family friendly compared to other spots on the beach. We will definitely be booking again.

We had an amazing vacation staying in Brighton 1702!! The condo had everything you could possibly need! The wrap around balcony was so amazing to see both the sunrise and sunset! The hosts were so easy to work with, especially to check in early. We will definitely stay here again! The pools for Brighton were great and being steps from the beach is always an amazing perk. We have stayed in Kingston Plantation for over 15 years and this was by far the best unit we ever rented!! Strongly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing condo on the ocean!

Why they chose this property

Brighton Tower has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea. Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
