About this property

Beautiful 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Condo Close to Disney!

We have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom fully furnished condo for rent in the gated community of Legacy Dunes in Kissimmee, Florida just 6 miles from Disney. The condo is located on the second floor in the building near the main swimming pool. It is 1,110 square feet with an open floor plan and a screened in balcony.

The condo has everything you need for a great vacation and offers so much more space than a hotel room! The master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV, DVD player and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two twin/double beds. Our kitchens are fully equipped with all appliances, plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans and everything you will need to prepare your own meals! The condo has an open floor plan with dining room and living room (complete with Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a queen size sleeper sofa). Condo sleeps 6 adults comfortably.

The condo has a screened patio seating area to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. You can pack light since we have a full size washer/dryer as well as an iron/ironing board and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to bring them back to the condo.

The condo is conveniently located near the clubhouse and swimming pool area with easy access to all of the amenities. Legacy Dunes has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, gym and fitness center, basketball, volleyball, tennis courts and much more. A great place for the entire family to enjoy.

The condo is located just 6 miles from Disney off of Highway 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, gas stations, banks and everything you need located nearby.

Comfortable room overlooking the pool area which is very nice. Balcony. Laundry room is a premium with full size appliances. Easy access location for us, easy to get into the gated community.Could use some better pillows, but that is a minor thing.

Very comfortable 2 bedroom for young family. Right across from the pool, but quiet in our room. The buildings could use a elevator. Although this room was comfortable, it needed some punchout work for some areas in the bathroom and front door. Noisy air vent unit in master bathroom needs to be replaced. We would consider coming back... we did like the room was fairly close but off a bit from the pool with some tree privacy on the patio.

Best place in Orlando

We had a wonderful time and Darlene was very professional and kind through the whole process. s. Darlene gave us an experience at this unit that is going to be hard to find again. We stayed during the last hurricane and had minimal discomfort. Anything we communicated about was addressed immediately. The cleaninless of the unit always outstanding. Nothing was broken or in disarray. They had a nice little welcome book with everything we needed in it, pool passes, parking passes, mailbox key. I would definitely stay in a Kraft unit again. Good people. Professional. Considerate. Kind. Helpful. All the good stuff. We have gotten another unit that was the complete opposite called SunnysideUp through Shine Villa avoid them like the plague.very unprofessional, inconsistent and full of lies.

Beyond words how incredible our hosts were during hurricane Ian

Our hosts were beyond words! They put our safety and well being first when we found ourselves caught in the middle of hurricane Ian. We had booked for 12 nights, due to leave on the Thursday when hurricane Ian was at its worst in Orlando. Darlene (the owner) messaged to check we were ok before the hurricane hit and advised we were welcome to stay as long as needed. Virgin had left us high and dry without any contact or updates after offering an earlier flight back to the U.K. (Mon) before the hurricane was due to hit. Darlene made sure we were safe. She was very caring, compassionate and patient and left our check out open ended whilst we waited for contact from Virgin. Unfortunately we lost power and consequently internet as a result of the hurricane so we had to wait until late Thursday pm after the obvious danger had passed before we could contact our host. Darlene never charged or intended to charge us for our extra 2 nights stay, which we were very grateful for. Now regarding the property: this home is very clean, tidy, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and there was a full size washer and dryer in the utility. The living area was very nice and relaxing. The king bed in the master is exceptionally comfortable (we didn’t use the twin beds because there was only 2 of us). There was a plentiful supply of toilet rolls, washing up liquid, detergent, dishwasher tablets, extra bin bags etc. plenty of soft white towels and pool towels were also supplied by our hosts. The apartment is Exactly as shown in the photos. There is a table and chairs on the balcony which overlooks the pool which is surrounded by beautiful greenery; lovely for breakfast and light lunches. The pool area is well maintained and the whole resort is safe and secure. We didn’t use the clubhouse but my husband did take a look and said it looked nice and well equipped.. The instructions Darlene gave were easy and concise. The welcome folder was very informative. The location, set back just off the 192 (West end) is perfect for anyone visiting Disney. We highly recommend this rental and Darlene is amazing. We would definitely use this rental again. Thank you again for all the help and warmth you gave us.

Soccer Nationals

We came down to watch our grandchild play in the National Soccer finals. The condo was in a great location...close to restaurants, shopping, groceries, and the soccer venue. It was comfortable, spacious, and the washer and dryer really helped as it was extremely hot. We'd give it high marks!

We had a great experience!

Two words, simply enjoyable! Check in process was a breeze, everything was clean and ready for us to just unpack and enjoy our stay. Everything from Disney to a wide selection of restaurants were almost walking distance! We were even able to attend the beach (a little over an hour away). The pool area was relaxing, and the gym let us get our sweat on while we were away from home! Any questions we had, the owners were quick to respond, that was very comforting! Having a gated, secure area made the family feel very safe as well! We will be returning, for sure!

Really liked the physical properties. The location was good. The pool was very nice and well maintained. I thought there could be some updates on the condo that include furniture that is outdated. My two daughters were uncomfortable with the beds. They were also loud and squeaky. Lastly, it would be nice to have some coffee and tea packets available for your guests and more towels/wash cloths.

The property owner was awesome and very considerate! She answered all messages promptly and allowed us to check in early after making the 18 hour drive. The resort was quiet and peaceful. The pool area was excellent, and we never had to worry about finding a seat or a table because there were plenty. If out travels bring us this way again, I will definitely rebook!

Just back from a one week stay. Two bedroom condo in a gated community, very clean and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Owner very organized and professional, check in and check out with very clear instructions. Binder available with a lot of great, useful information. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Coffee maker stopped working, contacted the owner by email - within one hour a new coffee maker was delivered to my door :) Well maintained property, maintenance/landscaping crew very pleasant - always hard at work to keep the area very clean and updated. Would definitely book again for a longer stay in the future.

Just like home

The bathtub was a little dirty and the TV was a little old but overall it was great! Mega target was only 5min away and only 20 min to universal and 15 for magic kingdom. My friends and I enjoyed our stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay with our toddler. Everything is within a short drive, including Disney. The Villa is located just a few steps to the beautiful, kid friendly pool. Military friendly home away from home!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Kraft Villas. The condo was spacious enough for a family of 6 with the pool and gym literally steps from our door. Theme parks were no more 20 min depending on toll or no toll roads along with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away.

We love Legacy Dunes since it is family friendly with a walk-in pool perfect for all ages including our young children!

What makes this property unique

We were completely ruined by our first stay in a condo. Previously, we had always stayed in the classic, budget conscious, cramped hotel room. We recently discovered the secret of staying in a fully furnished, full kitchen/bath, with washer and dryer condos for vacation. Who knew? Now with little kids, it has been amazing to be able to stay in, cook whatever we want, wash our clothes (less to pack) in our home away from home and still be just a few steps away from the pool and other great amenities at Legacy Dunes!
