Charming 2-BR Country Cottage in Quaint, Convenient Montezuma community.
Discover the beauty and peace of Montezuma--a small "undiscovered" community just minutes from Linville, Newland and Banner Elk. This 850 sq.ft. 2-bedroom cottage has 2 queen beds, a full bath, open kitchen & living rooms, full laundry with pantry. All small, but certainly adequate and cozy. Heat/AC, Wi-Fi also. Best suited for 1 couple with occasional guest. The porch is cool & covered and a great place to spend hours. The yard is maintained, and the setting is pleasant with small creek and gardens. And I would love some help in the flower gardens (Hint). Enjoy all the wonderful activities of the High Country from this little tucked away gem. You're sure to make treasured memories with a stay at our happy place. Weekly or monthly rates.
