No smoking in house. Before checking out please leave a towels in bath tub. Please load up dishwasher Please remove all sheets and leave them in laundry room. Do not park on the grass please park in the driveway or garage. If you decide to park on the street it will be at your own risk. A/C needs to be set at 75 before checking out. All lights and appliances need to be turned off before checking out. Please remove all food in fridge. Report any issues to us directly If any rules are not obeyed extra fees will be charged.
