This spacious home includes a fully equipped chef’s kitchen. the house hosts two refrigerator's (one downstairs), two Keurig (one downstairs) and one drip coffee maker, 6 burner gas range, ninja air fryer and many other kitchen comforts. Central HVAC, two gas fire places, game area with ping pong, puzzles, board and card games, Two family gathering areas, smart TV in downstairs family area. I call Georgia home, however when I can I enjoy coming over to the Lake. We have hiking trails, golf, waterfalls, covered bridges, festivals, Soak n Spa, and great restaurants. I love swimming in the lake. When it’s this much fun working out and exercising is not thought about. My favorite at the end of the day … floating in the water sharing our day with one another.
I am blessed to share my slice of paradise with you and your family. R

We are close to Culman and Smith Park boat launch, Culman restaurants anre 23 minutes away, S&S grocery store 12 minutes out.
