This cozy house is the downstairs unit offering heating, WiFi, and AC for your comfort. Outdoor BBQ grill on-site and coin laundry. We think our place will help you experience everything Seal Beach has to offer.
Street parking is available and it's pretty easy. My bff and co-host lives upstairs and he will make sure you have parking and will even go get you a complimentary parking permit if you really want a secure solution.
