The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, and stove, along with all the essentials—dishes, linens, and towels. Although our business keeps us busy 24-7 we always make time to enjoy our beach place! Our family is quite BIG.. 7 kids, 10 grand kids, and if that wasn't enough we also have a Jack Russel who thinks she is as ferocious as a Rottweiler!

I love to cook.. he loves to eat ! I love to play in the sand he prefers to keep his shoes and socks on at all times ! I love R&B, he prefers the opera.. as different as we are the one thing we BOTH LOVE is spending time at our beach place !

Why they chose this property

For years we would come to this part of town to walk on the boardwalk, admire the beautiful homes, enjoy the beach and it's beautiful sunsets. We always dreamed of living here full time or part time. It wasn't until April of 2010 that our dream of owning a little piece of land on this peninsula came true! We love it.. the place, the people the scenery ! You will love it too.
