Our stay here was nice. The view off the balcony was spectacular. The front door lock is a little finicky, but works. Plenty of linens and towels. Lovely little place. We encountered some issues that we communicated and were responded to promptly. Having the pool was a delightful touch and the staff was very nice. Good price for this nice little place.

We had an incredible stay the place was clean and comfortable we had everything we needed for the kitchen the view is spectacular from the balcony we have no complaints John was very instant on contacting me if I had a problem thank you

Check in was easy, unit was very clean, had basic paper goods & towels/ linens needed, comfortable bed & couch & dining chairs. Location excellent for beach & shops/ eateries. Two issues: Balcony door hard to open,Screen door off.Major issue. We contacted Blue vista on arrival day- the ac was set on 75 degrees& it was not cool enough or adjustable. They contacted owner. We could only lower temperature to 74. We contacted Blue vista several times that day & next morning. We asked for someone to service ac. The owner did not respond for another day offering a service call. By that time, we were preparing to leave. Unhappy about that

The place was exactly how it was described. Great view from the balcony. No issues with check in/out. Very clean and appeared to be upgraded and well maintained. The price was a bit much for off season. We went the last weekend in September and paid almost 1,000 for 2 nights. I would expect that during the summer, but not off season. Otherwise, everything was great!

Weather wasn't great but needed a break from the daily grind and this place fit the bill. Sat on the ocean front balcony reading and enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Room was nice. Bed could have been a little more comfortable. Place needs a recliner. I would recommend it to anyone else who asked though. Landlord was available if I needed to ask a question. Overall great experience.
