It has a colorful, 30' glass-enclosed front porch with a fantastic view of the lake. This property is perfect for a lakeside getaway complete with a shared beach, firepit, gazebo as well as a personal dock space for a boat. The house is equipped with 1 gig speed wifi and a smart TV for you to tune into your favorite streaming channels. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take advantage of boating, kayaking, fishing, waterskiing, etc. There are beautiful hiking and biking trails within walking distance and plenty of places like Alton Bay and Wolfeboro within a quick drive.
