Carmel beach cottage sits on a peaceful and private street off Scenic Drive called Carmelo. Situated between the Carmel River Beach and carmel beach with views to carmel mountains.

A newly remodeled carmel cottage 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home, it feels like a comfortably appointed beach house. It's a cozy and uplifting spot to enjoy all the Monterey peninsula has to offer. It has 2 backyard patios with fire place and comfortable furniture. You can sit and enjoy the sound of the waves while relaxing. It is a 1 minute walk to Carmel River Beach and just a mile to downtown Carmel, Ocean Avenue, with its unique shops and galleries. It is also 5 minutes walking distance to the Carmel Mission and Clint Eastwood's Mission Ranch.

Shopping, wine tasting, golf, hiking, museums and of course beach walks are all close by. You'll be glad you spent time in this little slice of paradise.

The nightly rate is based on 4 people. There is an additional $50 per person per night for the 5 and 6th guest.

We also do NOT allow for parties or gatherings. The maximum number of people allowed on the property is 6.

Car week requires a 7 night minimum.

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area but now live in the midwest and visit Carmel as much as we can.

Why they chose this property

Once we moved to the midwest, we have visited Carmel annually. We searched for 3 years to find the perfect Carmel house and we think that we've found it here on Carmelo. It is a quiet side of town but very close to everything. It is so nice to be able to quickly walk to the water to watch sunsets in the evening. This is a great location for a year-round outdoor active life style.
