Ocean Front Serene Coastal Views

Ready to vacation at the beach? There is no better stretch of sand and activities than Ocean City, Maryland!!

When you come to the beach, it's best to stay right ON the beach. Enjoy your Ocean City stay at this clean, well-appointed, family-oriented oceanfront 3 bedroom condo!

Kitchen: fully-stocked with dinnerware, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, serving pieces, and bakeware. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and a table seating 6, full-sized appliances, 10 cup drip coffee maker and Kuerig K-cup coffee brewer, toaster oven, crockpot, and blender.

Living Room: Queen sleep sofa, comfortable seating, and smart TV for internet streaming. The wall of sliding glass doors showcases the ocean.

Balcony: 3rd-floor level looks out over the dunes to see clear views of the beach and ocean. Table for 4 and 2 chaise lounge chairs.

Bedroom 2: twin over full bunk, dresser, and wall pegs
Bedroom 3: Master Bedroom has a king size bed, a large dresser, 2 closets, smart tv, and a private bathroom

Linens:
Bed coverings, extra blankets, mattress pads, pillows with pillow protectors, bath rugs, and kitchen dishtowels remain in the unit. Linens for beds and bathroom towels are switched for each rental. Renters must bring or rent beach towels, additional bath towels, and any other desired linens.

Hallway: Bathroom #2 and washer/dryer closet

Our unit is a great place to stay for summer family vacations, a ladies or guys weekend get-away, golf trips, Convention Center activities, Spring and Winter Fests, and tax-free outlet shopping in Delaware.

No smoking or pets are allowed by condominium rules. If it is discovered you have a pet, the condo association evicts and rental and deposit are not refunded.

Parking: There is 1 parking space assigned to the unit. Due to the age of the building and what cars used to be like, note that there is not enough clearance for an SUV. The space for this unit is very tight, width-wise to swing in and out of. This would be frustrating if you were not aware of it ahead of time. We have an SUV and park either on the street (whenever it's available--morning and dinnertime) or across the street (which always has spots). You cannot park in any of the other spots as each is assigned to a particular unit.

Families and adult renters only please. WE DO NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE GROUPS--PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT EXCEPTIONS.

Cost is the rental rate plus MD State (6%) and Worcester County Local Taxes (5%), Cleaning Fee ($195), Linen Fee ($155), Damage Protection ($59 non-refundable premium for $1500 of VRBO third party insurance protection plan).

There are no words!!

There is no way I can sum up this amazing trip in just a few characters! The location was perfect. Such a beautiful view. The condo itself was beautiful and well taken care of and great. I loved reaching out to the owner, she was nice and very helpful and friendly. My family's already voted this as our new favorite vacation spot. Hopefully we can visit again next year.

Perfect OC Condo

Went for a girls weekend. The view of the beach from the balcony is amazing and large enough for our group of 4 with room to spare. The condo itself is very cute and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Boardwalk Rock Weekend

We truly enjoyed our time at your condo. The ocean view from the inside of the condo and balcony was spectacular. We were able to walk to many places, like Fagers Island, Dunken Donuts for coffee, grab some wine at the liquor store etc. The boardwalk was a quick uber ride, but the location of the condo was nice, because you were out of the "busy" area of Ocean City, but as I said, close enough to get down there. It was a "girls" trip; however, we are woman over 50 but never felt unsafe or nervous of our surroundings. Jennifer was super accommodating and responsive. We can't wait to plan our next trip back.

4th of July Getaway

I adored this place! The deck and view are even better than advertised, the location was amazing - a short walk to the beach, to bayside, and countless happy hour spots and restaurants. The condo was CLEAN and fully stocked - included linens, bath towels, and kitchen with everything you could need. As others mentioned and the host clearly communicates - the parking spot is small. Too small for our vehicle but plenty of parking on the street so it was a non-issue for us. Yes, there are stairs to get to the 3rd floor but neither of these things bothered us. Communication with the host, check-in/ check-out - all fantastic. Highly recommend!

Amazing weekend

Jennifer is an amazing host and her property is fabulous. Perfect location right on the beach and so close to so many fun things to do. I wish we stayed longer than a weekend! Having towels and linens provided for you is a huge help as well when you’re already packing so many things. The kitchen has all you need. The balcony is a great large size and the condo was bigger than I expected. The parking spot for this particular unit is pretty tight but we got our minivan in there with no issues. I would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely Property with amazing views

Our family of 4 with inlaws had a wonderful stay. The owner was very helpful. The home was clean. Parking was tricky, but doable in our Honda odessy. Sone of my favorite thing include AC worked great and was controlled in each room (mine was cold, inlaws kept warm) A lot of places to hang wet towels and bathing suits. Towels were provided in abundance. All appliances worked well. The deck was wonderful, and a perfect location for am coffee, afternoon reading, and pm board games. Minor challenges - It is a three floor walk up, which was easy for me and mine, but difficult for my 70 in laws. -Door lock was challenging at times. - No tub in property or hot tub available (it was listed on VRBO). Overall we had a great time. The beach was an easy walk, lifeguard nearby, easy drive to attractions, and great food. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in this cute condo. The large balcony with the view of the ocean was our favorite part. The windows and sliding glass doors allowed for optimal ocean views from anywhere in the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. The condo felt nice and clean. The host was friendly and attentive. We loved it and would recommend staying here.The reasons why we didn't give a full five stars: the parking spot fits only small vehicles. There is no substantial rinsing station to clean sand off self and beach chairs. The air conditioners are automatically set to eco, where they turn on and off. This disrupted our sleep each night. If you are a heavy sleeper, then this shouldn't bother you. Also, just an FYI for people who bring elderly parents or anyone with a handicap, there is no elevator. This condo is on the third floor, so plan accordingly.

Ocean city 2025

Nice condo conveniently located to all of ocean city and the beach. The unit is on the third floor so not great for someone who can’t get up 3 flights of stairs. The parking is tight. A Nissan Rogue barely fit into the parking spot. Overall it was great for my wife and I and adult children.

Incredible location!

This condo is in such a great location. It’s very cute and very, very clean! It’s got everything you need. It was very spacious and the view from the extra large deck was as good as it gets.

Great Views

The views are awesome! Especially on the balcony. Very close to the beach. The only issue we had was the ants all over the counter! We couldn't have any food on the kitchen/island area. Set up my laptop on the kitchen island one morning and after getting tired of swatting away ants I moved to the table where there were none. There were ant traps in one of the kitchen drawers but didn't seem to work. Overall we had a good stay but would not book this unit again due to the infestation of ants.

Just steps from the beach, the condo was very clean and well appointed. We loved the large balcony overlooking the beach. Everything is in walking distance, plenty of dinning options, shopping, minigolf, ice cream, and the boardwalk only 15 min drive.

Summer get away

Location location location !! It was right on the beach short walk thru the sand dunes. We parked our car and never moved it- we walked to restaurants, shopping everything was right there! Only draw back is condo is on the 3rd floor so lots of walking up steps but you have the best view of the ocean

Right on the beach!

Perfect location, plenty of space, the best porch!

This place is a gem - rooms are spacious, the host is very responsive, and the location and view are the best OC has to offer. And you’ll get your steps in - lots of stairs to the unit but we didn’t mind, it made it feel very private and quiet. One thing I wish was clear is they clearly have a dog because our allergies were acting up and we saw dog hair in the door jams and under the sheets. And they didn’t have toilet paper/paper towels or soaps for the kitchen/bbathrooms - maybe I missed this on the listing but bring your own! Neither of these things take away from how great this rental is we will just come better prepared next time.

Cozy home away from home

This home is just as described, and Jennifer was accessible and flexible with us throughout our stay. There was minor damage that we reported upon check in and she had it addressed by the next day. Read through the listing and if it meets your needs, book it!

Family Beach Trip

My husband and I stayed here with our two adult sons and their fiances and a last minute guest…my sister! Plenty of room for all of us. We loved spending our mornings drinking coffee on the very large covered deck watching the waves roll in. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook breakfast and prepare sandwiches for the beach on the large counter top. Plenty of space for food storage as well. There were several walkable restaurants and a Ron John Surf shop as well as an upscale boutique, trendy cafe and Dunkin right across the street. …Fager’s Island was everyone’s favorite but we also drove to Saltwater 75 one night and loved the atmosphere and sunset at both. It was very convenient to run back and forth from our beach spot to the condo for snacks and the restroom etc. Our entire crew of 7 said they all loved it and had the best time. That’s hard to do:) Both thumbs up for this condo! Thank you Jennifer!

We are siblings who bought the place in Dec. 2012. We grew up in the DC suburbs, so OC has always been our vacation home.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Ocean City all our lives and LOVE the beach! Our fondest childhood memories are of the original Fractured Prune, Thrashers, riding the waves, and our annual visits to Jolly Rogers, and the boardwalk. We wanted the opportunity to create similar memories with our own children. So, we purchased this condo in the same building in which our parents own because we know and love the location. The view is spectacular, and the beach access is the best!
