Nestled away in a 9-cabin resort on the beautiful gravel shores of Toddy Pond, you’ll have the opportunity to swim and kayak in the crystal-clear water, relax at the shady picnic tables beneath the tall pine trees, view local wildlife, enjoy at-home necessities, and easily access nearby towns! This is truly a special and unforgettable place! This tiny cabin consists of one Main Room, a bathroom, and a screened-in porch. The Main Room has a queen Bed, and a twin bunk bed, small dining area, and kitchenette. Beds: 1 Queen Bed, 2 twin beds (bunks) Screened-in Porch: Dining table with 2 chairs
This is a tiny cabin, 14x14ft wide. On one half, there is a queen-size bed and a bunk bed. On the other side is the kitchenette space. There is an attached and fully remodeled bathroom. The bathroom is small but equipped! It has a brand-new stand-up shower, toilet, and vanity. Out the front door is a marvelous screened porch with another dining table. Outside, there is a 6 ft picnic table.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, electric cooktop stove, mini fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker, cooking basics, dishware, utensils
INDOOR LIVING: Furnished living areas, 2 small dining areas (1 in the Main Room and 1 on the screened-in porch) consisting of a wooden table and 2 wooden chairs
OUTDOOR LIVING: Direct lake access via steep path, private & expansive yard, fire pit for outdoor campfires (bring your own firewood), beautiful towering pine trees, abundant open space, ample sun and shade
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, new heat-pump A/C unit, hot shower, keyless keypad entry, linens, towels
PARKING: Large, shared gravel driveway, 1 vehicle permitted for Lupine cabin, parking is not directly next to the cabin. There is a spot to park and unload that is 50 feet from the cabin, from their vehicles are moved to the parking lot which is about 100 feet away. From the unloading spot, it is a steep hill down to the cabin.
ACCESSIBILITY: There are stairs to access the building from the path. Parking is on an incline and there is a staircase to the entrance of the cabin with a downhill slope from the driveway to the cabin door.
