The apartment, situated on the ground floor, is very bright and it can accomodate a maximum of 6 people. It's only 6 km from Bellagio and less than 30 meters from the lake and the beautiful pebble beach.
It is made up of a kitchen well furnished (with fridge, toaster, american coffee machine, oven, cooker, microwave and all the necessary to cook), a livingroom with fireplace, table and chairs, a sittingroom with sofa, sofa-bed, armchair, TV(37 LCD with satellite channels) and the garden with table and chairs where you can admire the view of the lake.
The sleeping area consists in 2 bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double (possibility of a 3rd bed on request and a bed for baby),served by 1 bathroom (with hairdryer, washing machine, bath/shower).
The apartment is provided with independing heating to payment, dishwasher, iron, ironing board and clothes horse.
The garden is furnished with table and chairs, where you can have a breakfast or lunch enjoing the lake view.
There is a private parking place just next to the apartment.
In the price is included: the consumption of hot/cold water, a weekly supply of bed linens and towels and the final cleaning. NOT included: heating (the price depends on your consuption and it is 1€/Mc).

Great stay

Very spacious apartment, very friendly hosts. Bit of a distance from the main centres, but we really enjoyed the local feel. Nice Wakeboarding/Ski school near by and 3 very good restaurants.

Magnifique appartement avec beaucoup de charme.

appartement situé dans un petit village à côté de bellagio. propreté impeccable proche d'une petite plage sur le lac come. (prévoir des chaussures pour les galets). a deux pas du vieux village et d'un magnifique sentier de randonnée qui offre une vue plongeante sur le village et le lac de come. On a passé 4 jours inoubliables. Encore merci à Laura pour son accueil.

Weekend with family

We came here with our four children for a short weekend to experience Lake Como. The apartment is very clean, spacious and has lots of shelves. It was in a super cute town that we enjoyed thoroughly. Very close to neighbors but not too loud. The swimming beach is a very short walk from the rental, we enjoyed walking through the town with our two toddlers. It was great to have such fast and easy access to swimming. The patio is fenced in the front, so we were able to enjoy it with our toddlers running around. Bellagio and other towns were a short drive away. If you come early enough, you can score some parking spots. We didn’t have a problem both days that we were there. We walked the town with a double stroller and it was totally manageable. There’s a secret beach next in San Giovani that we took the small tour train to (right next to the ferry ticketing area). Great spot, with a cafe. Over all we enjoyed our stay, if was a wonderful way to experience the lake life. At night you have a view of the town across the lake all lit up, so beautiful. One downside there is no a/c, which made it difficult to sleep at night. There was one fan that we shared between the two bedrooms. The toddlers needed the shades closed which prevented any airflow and made it very stuffy but the fan helped. This is not a surprise to us, just not something we are used to, but we survived! Another thing to note, you can only run one machine at a time. We ran washer, dishwasher and shower and ended up with no electricity. The problem was resolved quickly and it was not a big deal, just a heads up. Otherwise, everything was organized! There’s a huge binder with all the tourist info. It was a great stay, loved it!

Nous avons aimé cet appartement calme et spacieux a 3 personnes. Situé tout près du lac et d'une supérette et avec un acces direct a Bellagio, bon point de chute!

cozy house short walk from the lake

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Anto! The house is very cozy and the kitchen very well equipped, there is everything you need to cook, there are two very spacious bedrooms, the beds are comfortable. There is a bathroom with a washing machine, which was very helpful. In front of the house there is a garden where you can see the lake, it was wonderful to have breakfast in the garden. The area is very quiet with a fish restaurant one minute walk and a pizzeria 10 minutes walk, there are two markets and two bars few meters from the house and the public beach is just 50 meters in front of the garden. Laura is a really nice and helpful host, she gave us many suggestions and made us feel at home! Thank you for everything, it was a wonderful experience.

bellissimo appartamento a due passi dal lago!

Abbiamo alloggiato a Casa Anto ad agosto e l'appartamento è molto pulito e ben equipaggiato, c'è tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno! si trova in una posizione strategica: market, bar e ristoranti tutti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi! il lago e la spiaggia sono proprio a pochi passi dalla casa e in pochi minuti di auto si raggiunge Bellagio! La zona è tranquilla e la proprietaria è gentilissima, sempre disponibile a dare informazioni e suggerimenti su cosa visitare! L'appartamento dispone anche di un parcheggio gratuito e wifi! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

"Problème avec la propriétaire sur le coût du logement non conforme à l''annonce (350 pour 5 jour en basse saison), puis pour le coût du chauffage non conforme à ce qui avait été convenu par mail. Par ailleurs, le gite est très confortable et TB équipé, mais pas face au lac, mais face à une maison. La photo est assez trompeuse car elle est prise du coin du jardinet situé devant la maison."

Il prezzo per laffitto dellappartamento nel periodo 17/04-22/04/2012 è di 490€ a settimana (come è scritto su homelidays), quindi il prezzo per 5 notti è di 350€, cioè il prezzo che è stato accordato via email con laffittuario e che egli ha accettato! Il prezzo del riscaldamento è di 1€ a scatto (come è scritto su homelidays), quindi dipende da quanto viene consumato dallaffittuario. Il lago è visibile dal soggiorno e dal giardino, esattamente come si vede dalle foto e come è scritto su homelidays. / The price for renting the apartment in the period 17/04-22/04/2012 is 490€ per week (as it is written on Homelidays), then for 5 nights the price is 350€,this is the price that its been granted via mail with the guest and that he has accepted! The price of heating is 1€ per use(as its written on Homelidays), so it depends on the consumption. "Excellente location, dans le quartier d''un village très peu touristique, ce qui a l''énorme avantage de pouvoir vivre la vie à l''italienne pendant la durée du séjour (avec des tarifs , dans les restaurants suggérés par nos hôtes notamment, très avantageux). Les propriétaires, ainsi que le voisinage, sont très sympatiques et disponibles, le lieu est charmant et face aux rares plages du lac (et çà, c''est un énorme avantage, surtout l''été). La location, elle, est teès propre, fraîche en été, et plutôt grande pour une famille de 4. Nous reviendrons Antonella !!!"

"Heerlijk ruim, goed verzorgd, rustig appartement met veel privacy en op een steenworp afstand van het Comomeer. Zeer vriendelijke flexibele eigenaren die goed engels spreken. Om de hoek een kleine supermarkt die goed voorzien is."
