The Barn Loft apartment is a 3 BR apartment sleeping 6, perfect for vacationers or for retreats, and we're open year-round! AC provided in the bedrooms only, tower fans in each room, heat in every room. Full kitchen, full bath with washer & dryer. A stone patio with ample seating offers guests a quiet place for morning coffee, to appreciate the flower . and vegetable garden, and appreciate Maine's cool summer air. Close to beaches, historic sites, art galleries, shopping, and a full range of restaurants. Damariscotta is centrally located in midcoast making day trips easily accessible. Free wifi, a television with vcr, and an armoire filled with puzzles and games for all ages provide entertainment for any rainy days. Please NOTE: entire apartment is on the second floor of our barn, with an additional 1-step level in one area, and a 2-step level in another.
