We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely spotless and very well appointed. It truly had everything we could possibly need, plus lots of fun and thoughtful surprises that made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was super welcoming, attentive, and responsive, which made us feel right at home. The house was comfortable, relaxing, and a great place to stay overall. We would absolutely recommend this rental and would love to stay here again!

The house was lovely and Camryn’s attentiveness to our needs was much appreciated. The house is close to several small coastal towns and the Rachel Carson Preserve. We enjoyed our stay!
Great place: easy to get to, comfortable and cozy, great book and record selection, awesome porch, and excellent receptive hosts. What more could you want?! We loved it. Thank you Camryn and Jay!

Thank you, Madalynn! We loved having you as guests & hope you come back. :)
House was in excellent condition and well stocked with all necessities. Owner quickly responded to 2 questions we had. The surrounding area was lovely and the beach close by.The weather was not great but that has nothing to do with our enjoyment of the house and that area of Maine. Thank you.
The house was perfect for us , clean & had everything you could need. Bedroom on the first floor was a godsend for my 88 year old parents.. we had a great time! Thanks so much!
We loved this property so much. It was in the perfect location. The patio was our favorite. We enjoyed playing board games on it. Everything was clean and well stocked. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We definitely be back.
We (5 adults and 2 dogs) stayed over Christmas and had an amazing experience. The pictures of this small, but very functional, mid-century styled cottage did not capture all of the wonderful details that made Christmas away from home a breeze. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend if you are looking for a coastal base camp!
The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch for morning coffee and twilight dinners and founding the well appointed kitchen an added bonus. Communication with the owners was timely and clear.

Cute place for six adults. We had a medical situation with one of our party and our hosts showed concern and extra consideration to ease our minds. Just the right thing to do. Thanks.

Thank you so much, Tim! We would be more than happy to host you again anytime. Thanks for taking such great care of our place. -Camryn and Jay
We were very happy with the house and location. It was warmly and tastefully decorated with many special touches. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and kitchen utensils, pans, coffee and coffeemaker, etc. The list goes on. The beds were comfortable and roomy. The view out of the back side of the house was amazing! There was also a sunporch which looked very inviting except for the fact that our stay was in February! Thank you to the owners for a warm and cozy place to stay. We would love to go back at some point in the future.

Thanks so much, Charles! And thanks for being a wonderful guest. We would welcome you back anytime. :) -Camryn and Jay
This house was perfect for my husband and I to stay at for my daughters wedding weekend. We also had the day of coordinator stay with us who happens to be a family friend. The house was the perfect set up. My husband and I stayed in the first floor bedroom and bath and our friend had the second floor with her own bathroom. We all had plenty of space. The house was a great location close to the beach and lighthouse as well as a short distance to Damariscotta. It was very clean and organized with more than we needed to have a perfect relaxed stay. We will defiantly stay again.

Thank you so much, Heather--you were wonderful guests and we would love to host you again!
It was the little things. The grill was ready for cooking. The house was immaculate. The internet was great for our 20 something children and spouses. The kitchen was nicely laid out. The washer and dryer in the basement was well lit and neat. The driveway was large enough for at least two cars and the rave party we had. (kidding on the rave. We began every morning on the side porch in quiet and rest. Truly it was Peace in Pemaquid.
P.S. The area can't be beat. Loved the warm blueberry muffins at Riley's grocery every morning, just up the road.
The house and grounds are clean, well kept, and beautiful. It may seem small but we never felt crowded or in each others’ way. The screened porch felt like another room and gave us more space to relax. Beds and bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and in good repair. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and was clean and bright as well. The surrounding property is lovely with places to sit and a grill ready to use.
The location is perfect for exploring the region and is within a 5-10 minute drive to Pemaquid Lighthouse, Pemaquid Beach, Rachel Carson Pond, and hiking trails. Damariscotta is only 15 minutes away and has everything you need when you run out of supplies. The property owners were attentive and friendly without being intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely book this property again!
