1860s farmhouse on 150 acres with views from every window. This property has a lot to offer. Lots of trails for hiking, babbling brooks,berry picking and apple picking right on our property or just enjoy a picnic on the fields soaking in the views.If you decide to venture out just down the road is a blueberry farm with the most plump blueberries.Butternut golf course for golfing and they have a great restaurant. Quaint brewery with beer tasting. Antiquing, Cooperstown,base ball hall of fame and for those who have kids in base ball camp. Farmers markets, wineries, Otsego lake for fishing and swimming. In the winter there is a snow mobile trail at the end of our property that goes for hundreds of miles. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has two beautiful fireplaces. If you decide to stay in our kitchen is fully equipped it has every thing you need. You will feel right at home. All new furniture including beds. Outside we have a covered porch with beautiful views for relaxing. Our fire pit sits on a field with amazing views and was designed so you can grill steaks, roast marshmallows or just sit around with the family and enjoy. Very scenic 19 minute ride to both ball parks. Wonderful place to come back to after a long day of watching baseball.

Kal and I are from West milford NJ and have 2 active boys. We enjoy being out doors. We love to hike ,quad, fish, hunt, snowmobile and boating. We chose this property because we can enjoy all these activities. and we love the peaceful area and driving around the pastures and rolling hills.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it has always been my husbands dream to have lots of property and I love old farm houses. The views are breath taking. We love to take walks especially on the fields and through the the old apple orchards taking in the fresh air and I love to visit the cows down the road we can even see some from our deck. It is very private and
peaceful. when you need to get away this is really a special place.

What makes this property unique

Our farm house is very cozy with 2 fireplaces all wood floors. It has a cover porch with great views. The kitchen is fully equipped with every thing you need. You will feel right at home. Views from every room. Furniture custom made by the Amish with aged barn wood. My favorite is the wooden swing they made for me. Snowmobile trail right at the end of our property that goes all the way to old forge. Open and airy for the whole family to enjoy. Window every where keeping the house bright.
