Walking distance from Kona's best restaurants and bars, it provides easy access to Ali'i Drive and all it offers, including beaches, snorkeling, sightseeing, shopping, and eateries. A/C throughout the Studio. Accommodations include a luxurious King bed, dining area for two, walk-in shower, and kitchenette.

Property is conveniently located in the heart of Kailua-Kona, just a 5-minute walk to all the best restaurants and shops Kona has to offer. This newly remodeled, professionally designed space features a King-size bed with luxurious linens and down pillows. There is a walk-in shower in the newly redone bathroom. The studio living space has two small couches that convert to sleeper beds, a TV, a two-seater dining table, a kitchenette with a microwave, sink, dishes, glasses, and a coffee maker. The studio is equipped with a dual washer/dryer unit.

Beach Chairs, Large Tommy Bahama Beach Umbrella, Boogie Boards, and Beach Toys available upon request.

There is a coffee/tea shop and amazing sandwich shop just across the street from this property that you could easily walk to.

High-Speed internet throughout the home.

This building has two other units, but this unit has a private entrance and is entirely private from the other units. We can book the entire unit if desired for a larger family or multiple groups. Complex as the whole would accommodate up to 10 people.
