Convenient Location for us. Appliances like the stove, refrigerator and dishwasher needs replacing. Broken knobs on stove, missing freezer drawer handle, dishwasher not bolted to cabinet, so was tippy when opening. Bath Towels were fine except for dingy wash clothes.

We had a great experience staying at Sonia’s place. There was a minor plumbing issue before our arrival, but Sonia handled it quickly and had everything fixed before check-in.The house was spacious and comfortable. The beds were decent, and the AC worked perfectly, which made a big difference during our stay. The backyard was our favorite spot — cozy string lights, a small pergola, and plenty of seating made it a relaxing place to hang out in the evenings.Parking was easy — both our truck and mid-size SUV fit side by side with no problem. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, towels, spices, and other basics. The bathrooms were also fully supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.The living room had board games, which was a nice touch, and all of the smart TVs worked great except for one minor issue with a single unit. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable the entire time.Overall, Sonia was very friendly and responsive, and the home was exactly as described. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Houston.
