Welcome to Belmont Lodge on Peak 8, a modern mountain escape tucked into the woods just minutes from world-class skiing at the Breckenridge Ski Resort. This spacious 3-bed, 3.5-bath townhome features Nordic access to the trails year-round, and is only a 0.3 mile walk to the nearest shuttle stop, offering quick access to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. After a day of adventure, return home to soak in the private hot tub, cozy up by one of the gas fireplaces, or unwind in the stylish, open concept living space. With a heated one-car garage, modern kitchen, and sleeping space for up to 10 guests, this retreat has everything you need for a stress-free, memorable stay in the Rocky Mountains.
Living Room: Step into the main level, where a vaulted ceiling and large windows fill the open living area with natural light and forest views. Relax by the gas fireplace, stream your favorite shows, or step out onto the deck to fire up the grill and enjoy a meal with a view.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a gas range, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare and share your favorite meals. A traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker can be found in the kitchen. There is seating for 6 at the dining table with extra chairs.

• Primary Bedroom: King bed, dresser, TV, gas fireplace. and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes his and her vanity, a large soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
• Guest Bedroom: King bed, closet, dresser, TV, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes his and her vanity and walk-in shower.
• Bunk Room: 2 Twin bunk beds. This room shares a bathroom with the Den. The shared bath includes a shower tub combo and single vanity.
• Additional Sleeping Area: Queen sleeper sofa located in the downstairs Den. This area shares a bathroom with the bunk room. The shared bath includes a shower tub combo and single vanity.
Hot Tub: Enjoy soaking in the large 8-person hot tub after a long day of adventures in town. The hot tub patio is accessed through the sliding glass door in the downstairs master.
Outdoor Space: Located just off the main upstairs living room is the access door to the deck including a large propane grill and outdoor seating.
Downstairs Den: The cozy Den on the ground floor serves as the perfect entertainment room complete with queen size sleeper sofa, flatscreen TV, Blu-ray & DVD players, and Xbox.
Laundry Room: Find the full-size washer and dryer outside the shared bathroom on the bottom level.

Nordic-in/Nordic-out: This home offers access to the town's groomed Nordic Ski trail system and close proximity (0.2mi) to a MyFreeRide bus stop. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic ski trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems offering the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and the excitement of high alpine skiing nearby. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.
Alpine Edge provides enough supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are provided. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
