We loved having the Livezey’s at Rivanna! Wonderful family and treated the house as if it was their own which is always appreciated! We hope they return.

The property was beautiful, clean, accurately represented in photos, and had wonderful amenities. There are multiple other residences on the property, and this one in particular has 2 others situated within the same area. The property lines were a bit confusing and we initially didn't realize there were parts of the property we weren't allowed to venture to! There is a guide provided, so just make sure you review that before exploring. Larry and Tamar were both very kind and gracious hosts! Make sure you stop by to see Princess and Marty (the horse and donkey)!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! It was truly a pleasure hosting you and your group. You all took such great care of the home, and we really appreciated how clean and respectful you were during your stay. I'm glad you enjoyed the property, the amenities, and of course meeting Princess and Marty, they always love visitors! Thank you as well for mentioning the property boundaries. We do have a property map on the table inside the house that outlines the areas guests are welcome to explore. The main area we ask guests to avoid is behind our private residence. It sounds like the map may have been overlooked, but we're always happy to answer any questions during a stay as well.
