This is a fabulous beautifully remodeled condo from Rent On Padre. Fresh, clean, and tropical! Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances will make cooking at home a pleasure if you decided to stay in for a night. You also have your own washer/dryer.

You are located on the ground floor with your own private patio off the Kitchen! There is a wonderful pool and Hot tub shared by the 14 condos in this building. The Beach is just a short walk away.

You get a King size bed in the Primary bedroom as well as your private en suite and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a full bed. You also get two cots for the kids. Pacifica #4 sleeps 6.

Nearby activities include: Golf, Water Park (seasonal), Surf Fishing, Bay Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Boating, Dolphin watching, Canoeing, Kayaking, Hiking, Miniature Golf, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Museums, Beachcombing, Horseback Riding, many, many restaurants, and Nightlife. Perfect Getaway

We stayed 3 nights at this condo, and it was perfect. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and a super cute back patio to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. We enjoyed getting into the pool, had it all to ourselves in more than one occasion. I would definitely book this condo again!

Lovely beach condo

The condo was in immaculate condition and clean. There were so many personal touches in the finishes and decor that were very impressive. I am a major clean freak and notice everything, so take it from me, it’s nice! It is bigger than it seems in the pictures too, more than enough on for the 6 of us (3 adults and 3 children). Beds were comfortable, and I slept better there than I have in awhile! I want to tell everyone about this place! The one downside was that the chairs and umbrellas at the pool were in need of repair or replacement, and the little pool does get a bit crowded. But it didn’t affect our stay much at all.
Towels were folded into swans and sea turtles. Very cute and the kids loved it!

Nice place, however here's some details about this condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great but my concern or complaint is, if they ask for ID of every single person visiting and they restrict the number of guest well I guess does not apply to the all the guest or renters. The condo above us had betwen 8-10 guest and the noise from the running thru the con do unitl 1am was constant. Then around 7am here we go again with the noise. Needles to say the place was great but other guest Obviusly didnt follow rules. We did not say a word to anyone because I really wanted stress free Vacation and dont like to confront people specially now days.

I am so sorry about your neighbors. I wish you would have called the after hours number provided on all your paperwork to let us know. We could have gotten the HOA over there to resolve that issue. Some units in this building are 3BR and do allow 8 people. Every unit in every building has a maximum occupancy and do not allow the number of guests to exceed maximum occupancy. This is a fire code. It is not just us. Other than the neighbors, I hope the rest of your stay was good.

Cute place, close to a lot, spacious

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really cute place, amazing lush backyard (my teens had their own selfie photo shoot), walking distance from a lot, but only about $5 Uber to mostly anything else. AC works great, beds were comfortable, bathrooms in great condition. A LOT of space to my surprise. Super clean. *Walls are paper thin- upstairs neighbors were SUPER noisy (sounded like moving furniture every morning, early), or yelling (must be old). Not sure if they were residents or vacationers. Unit next door was super loud (it was the 4th), but that’s all re: neighbors. *Water filter in fridge needs to be replaced- you can taste the difference. *Uber/Lyft drivers all had great suggestions & we’re all in a great mood- had the same drivers multiple times!

Nice and comfortable

Condo was located in a nice quiet location. The inside of condo was nice and spacious, perfect for a family of 4. Outside the back patio was beautiful with lots tropical plants and greenery.
