Please ensure that the A/C unit, the television and all lights are turned off when you leave the premises.
Please tie the trash bags and empty the garbage in the garbage bins located on the exterior of the property before checkout.
Once you use the key to open the exterior garbage bins to throw away the trash, please hang the key back on the hook above the kitchen light switch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
