Villa Acaimo - modern luxury 4 bed room villa with heated private pool

Ultra modern luxury Villa in a quiet area near La Nucia with mountain view as well as sea view, just 40min from Alicante airport - 75min from Valencia airport.

Private heated, solar covered pool 8m*4m with a spacious sun bathing area as well as a nice outside BBQ area with dining table for 8 people. So you can use the pool all year around.
Modern furnished living and dining room, kitchen with American Fridge, Oven, Microwave, dish washer, Nespresso and normal coffee machine.
All 4 bed rooms equiped with high quallity box spring beds and spacious ward robes or walk in ward robes. 3 bath rooms - one at each floor.
The villa has Air-conditioning and heating.
Fast Wifi (glasfibre) is available for free as well as 3 flatscreen TV´s with satellite connection and IPTV, stereo, CD Radio.
In the Pool house next to the BBQ there´s a washing machine and tumble dryer.
2 Baby beds and 2 chairs as well as one children car seat are available on request.

The villa is in an excellent location in one of the most beautiful areas in Polop de la Marina close to La Nucia, Accessible and surrounded by all services (banks, supermarkets, hairdressers, gas stations, shops, etc....) and numerous restaurants.
One of the best sport centers in Europe, Camilo Cano (www.ciudaddeportivacamilocano.com) is 3 min by car or 20min by walk.
15 min. by car to Altea old town, Altea boulevard, Albir Playa and Benidorm Playas Poniente (one of the best beaches at Costa Blanca).
La Marina shopping center, Melia Villaitana golf course are also just a view minutes by car. We can offer also baby/children care service on request

Great villa, great host!

From start to finish the villa was amazing. Silvia was more than helpful throughout. The villa was exactly how it looks online and would highly recommend staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already booked to come back next year 😀

Family holiday

Wonderful villa with everything you need for a chilled family holiday. Villa was exactly if not better than the photos and very spacious. Silvia the host was very helpful from start to finish, home made marmalade and bottle of fizz a lovely touch. Michael her neighbour was also very helpful providing us with ‘taxi’ runs throughout our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this villa for your holiday Bistro 5 minute walk was amazing also

Fantastic Villa

Firstly, Silvia was a great host. Great communication and very easy check in process. The Villa was lovely with quality furnishings, great facilities with everything we needed for a lovely relaxing stay. Would highly recommend for families and groups and would advise car hire to get out and about. We hope to return some day.

Great family base for exploring Altea

The Villa is very well presented and equipped and is located in a quiet residential area which makes it great for families with young children. The property is ideally located between the sea and the mountains in the region offering a great choice of places to explore all within 20-30 mins drive. Silvia, the host is fantastic. Really welcoming and generous with her welcome to the property. I highly recommend a stay.

Modern House

Silvia’s house is a very modern up to date house. You have everything you need here and you’re only 15 mins from the beach. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely come back.

The villa was everything and more we could have wanted. The host Silvia was like a family member so caring and quick response to anything we did not know. The pool was heated and was so relaxing, and the fresh oranges on the trees plentiful. Fresh orange juice in a morning was a must. Nice walk into polyp, takes around 40 minutes, so historical and the views! Well breathtaking. La Nucia centre takes around 15 minutes and both an easy walk. Graduated walk back though. All in all 11/10! Thank you Silvia

very relaxed

Beautifully clean and tidy,The area is very quiet but there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the nearby town of La Nucia. Our party was six adults and two children.The villa had plenty of Space for all of us.The children loved the pool and spent most of there.Would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Exactly what we wanted

We wanted a family break on the outskirts of Benidorm - so we could venture into the madness when we wanted, but have peace and quiet and a bit of luxury for the most part. This villa provided all of that. Lovely host, made us welcome, did a personal tour of the villa on arrival. A modern and spacious villa - and exactly as described in the listing advert. We couldn’t really have wished for anything more.

Fantastic property and amazing host !

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Acaimo. The property itself is fabulous, fully equipped with anything you might need, spacious and beautifully decorated. Silvia is an amazing host ! From our arrival to departure she was welcoming, helpful and very thoughtful. A car is probably essential for getting around if you want to do some sightseeing or shop at larger supermarkets but we were so comfortable at the Villa we barely left ! I honestly don’t have anything negative to say at all, can’t wait to come back as soon as possible !!

A great villa

Silvia as our host was excellent from start to finish. The villa had everything you could possibly need for your holiday and was spotlessly clean. We were there for a relaxing week as part of a tour around Spain and were joined by friends. You need a car if you are staying at the villa though. There is a lovely restaurant in walking distance but for everything else its at least a 10-15 minute drive away. I am sure in time more amenities will follow.

But everything is described on my posting correctly so shouldnt be a surprise. I fully agree a car is highly recommended. Stylish & spacious villa

Really stylish villa with quality furnishings and lots of space - each of the bedrooms is large. The TV has international channels which is an nice extra. The house has good privacy and feels secure. The bed was comfy and everything was very well maintained. The check in & out process was super easy and Silvia is delightful - a great communicator and provided really useful information. We travelled with our dog and found lots of great hiking trails in La Nucia and surrounding areas. A car is essential but there are excellent supermarkets and lots of restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

5* amazing!

The Villa was quite simply amazing! So clean, extremely well stocked with really good quality items. The rooms were a great size with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The area itself was very quiet. The pool area again was spotless with enough loungers for everyone. Our host, Silvia was lovely - very good communication and informative. She advised us in advance of the local supermarket delivery app which was a great help so we organised a food delivery in advance. Would absolutely recommend to all - if you come across this villa and your date is available, do not hesitate to book!!

A superb and spacious villa of a very high standard.

We found that The Villa was perfectly placed for exploring the area around Benidorm and the old town being accessible with a short 10 minute drive. There was lots of local amenities very close to hand with well-known branded supermarkets, this villa is quite technologically advanced and has a very good room to room air-conditioning system it also has a high-tech burglar alarm which has built in cameras to the system for privacy reasons I chose to stick a small plaster over these lenses but that was my personal preference. We found that the owners were very easily contacted and that any issues or help that we needed was readily available first class villa with all the amenities you could wish for we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Stunning

How about something like this My friends and I booked this luxury villa with the intention of having a relaxing break in the sun. It truly was an amazing trip. Our host, Sylvia, was fantastic! Offering help with the ordering of our food supplies and even accepting the delivery; she really went above and beyond. The Villa itself was perfect in size, space, and cleanliness with beds that were exceptionally comfortable. The top floor bedroom had its own terrace with beautiful sea views and even a walk in wardrobe. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with more than enough equipment for 8 people. The pool was extremely clean, the grounds were very well kept and manicured. Thanks for everything, we will be back.

Absolutely amazing villa !!

We recently stayed at this villa as a family of 5 and found the property to be flawless inside and out. We particularly loved the outside space with so many options for sun or shade around a fantastic pool. The high quality finishes inside with air-conditioning throughout and such great space across the three floors to relax. Silvia was the most perfect hostess and so attentive from the time we made the booking, to the run up to the stay to meeting us at the property and during our stay. If you need help with anything Silvia is always a few minutes away. We found a car was necessary to explore the local area and beyond, with so many great beaches nearby. There were also so many choices for food shops within a few minutes drive. Overall experience was exceptional. We had an amazing holiday. Do not hesitate to book this property. Thank you Silvia

Amazing home away from home!

What a wonderful week we have spent at Villa Acaimo! Silvia is just wonderful and made the whole process so easy. She was always on hand if we needed anything but everything was covered in the welcome pack that was waiting on the table for us. Everything was in it from local shops and restaurants to taxi numbers and local attractions! We highly recommend Bar La Font in Polop! The food and service was fantastic! We also did kayaking and went to Fonts D'Algar. The villa had absolutely everything we needed! The heated pool was a bonus! Its a little bit set out of the way so a car is recommended. * as much as it pains me to say, it is worth noting that Villa Acaimo is on a complex that is still under construction so there is building work being done next door with noise throughout the day.

OUTSTANDING

We made a last minute booking here after a shocking experience at another property. Silvia, the owner, was extremely quick and easy to deal with, also she was very understanding. The property was spectacular, very modern and as clean as you could ever ask for, the specification, quality and general upkeep of the property was above what we expected and served our needs perfectly for the 4 days we were there. Its just a short walk down the hill to the nearest town with great facilities and a cheap taxi into Benidorm too. Silvia was the ultimate host, helpful and also going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The house and its owner are an example of how things are done properly. We can only highly recommend this. 5 stars all round!

We have stayed in quite a few villas over the years but this has been the best experience by far. Silvia could not do enough to help us. The extra touches like receiving and putting away our online shop before we arrived, to the homemade marmalade and sweets for the children for the journey home were wonderful.The villa itself is beautiful, the 4 bedrooms set over 3 floors meant that our party, which consisted of a toddler, a teen, two twenty somethings, a thirty something and two middle-aged grandparents (us!) could maintain space and privacy.The pool area was perfect and the shaded area was ideal.We hired cars and I would say it’s probably necessary if you’re doing much more than lazing around the villa. Silvia’s neighbour performed taxi duties a few times for the younger ones when they wanted to go to Benidorm (about 15-20 minutes). They enjoyed a few nights out there.We preferred Alegria Bistro and Guara Bistro which are both within walking distance.We also had a day in Altea, which is worth visiting.Silvia left us lots of information about the villa and the area.We would all highly recommend this villa. Some highlights of the space: * amazing property owner managing the property made sure we had everything we needed and we got to play with her puppies. * house was perfectly equipped, beds were high quality, an abundance of towels, kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home * we were 3 adults and 2 kids. Great layout for privacy for everyone. Master on the 2nd level with bathroom and private balcony with views to the sea, main level bedroom and bathroom in case someone has mobility issues and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the basement level (basement level was very nice and bright). * furnishings modern, new and clean * heated pool and great outdoor space to hang out About the area: * close to the waterfall, Guadalest, ziplining, and the new sports center where my kids attended tennis camp. All the amenities of Benidorm were 15 minutes away, including the beach (parking is cheap like 2 euros), shopping like Carrefour, amusement parks and water parks. We had a great time and hope to stay here again when we come back in town.

Hi I am Silvia, born in Bavaria Germany, now for more than 14 years Holland is my homebase together with my Dutch husband. We live on and of in Germany or Zandvoort. 8 years ago we have build our house in the sun in Polop. Traveling during the week all over Europe, we found Spain more and more interesting and ultimately a country to have a home to relax, enjoy the sun, the food and the people. We found that place in Polop de la Marina.

Why they chose this property

We have build our second home 4 years ago and we love the area. It is on the border of a National Park, so lots of nature and quiet. Surrouded with citrus and almond groves. Alicante and Valencia nearby for shopping and culture. Benidorm at 15 minutes, if you want to see the tourist circus. Various nice beaches to choose from.

Each time again we are happy to be there, so therefore we said, why not build one more house to rent out.
We love it there and hope you guys will as well.

We equiped and decorated the house in a way as it would be the house we where moving into.
