Located in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan. This is a newly built 3 bedroom house, situated on Strouble Lake. Located 26 miles west of the Mackinac Bridge off Hiawatha Trail. 5 miles from the beaches of Lake Michigan, surrounded by state land on a paved road with ample parking space. This rental offers year round activities and fun. Snowmobiling, motorcycling, skiing, fishing and hunting right out the front door. Come relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of an inland lake, watch the beautiful sunsets from the covered 10x32 porch. Enjoy a fire in the outside fire pit. 3 spacious bedrooms, the bedroom located on the main floor is equipped with a queen size bed. One bedroom upstairs is equipped with a queen size bed and two twin beds, the other bedroom upstairs is equipped with queen size bed and one twin bed. 2 baths, one on each floor, one with shower and one with tub/shower. We also have WiFi. We are conveniently located between Mackinac Island, Tahquamenon Falls and Pictured Rocks. Great for Day Trips! Includes aluminum row boat and three kayaks to choose from. Very peaceful and relaxing setting with a great view of the the lake.

It was a very nice property. It was very comfortable and peaceful. The house was well stocked and the beds were good. The only problem wad the goose dropping in the yard. Otherwise great stay.

We had a great time. The only disappointment was that there was no dock on the property to use. All the pictures of the front show a dock, so this was assumed to be part of the rental.

The house was wonderful! It was spacious, clean, and even had a laundry room! We enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was the mosquitoes! I had been looking forward to relaxing on the porch and taking in the exceptional view, but it was not possible. :(

Cozy home to getaway in. We hit Mackinac island, kitchitikipi, pictured rocks, and Tahquamenon falls… all 45 minutes to 1 hr 15min… Kids enjoyed kayaking and fishing during the down times… Perfect place for family memories…

UP Getaway

The location is very nice with lots of interesting sites to visit within a short drive. The mosquitoes were thick but I think that would have been the case anywhere this time of year. Overall, a nice cabin in the woods!

The view of the lake and the call of the Loons provide that true "Up North" feeling. This is a great centralized location to visit Mackinac Island, Tahquamenon Falls, and Pictured Rocks. Also, the snowmobile and atv trails right out your door cannot be equaled.
