This property was perfect and exactly as advertised (totally renovated)! We were in Columbia for our son's family day and graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson. Being just 2 minutes from Gate 4 made this place the ideal location! Especially considering how early folks start lining up for both family day and graduation. The property was super clean, very spacious, had everything we needed, and comfortably accommodated our 8 adults! Raysa was very responsive to all my questions and even added a very nice congratulatory banner for our soldier upon returning from graduation! Thank you for making our stay both memorable and convenient!

The host were great and the house was awesome. The house was very close to the base. This also helped to make the experience better. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for our daughter’s Army graduation. A 2 minute drive to Gate 4. The house was big inside and all three rooms were spacious. We were pleased with the quality and communication.

You WANT to stay here - TRUST ME!!! This property manager has thought of everything! The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean and stocked with all sorts of supplies for anything you may have forgotten or things you might want or need. I highly recommend staying at this rental!
