Sadly we were disappointed with this house. The upstairs was not clean. The house especially the outside was poorly maintained. The neighborhood did not feel safe.

The view was very nice however the house was very dirty.Abundant large rodent feciese in kitchen cabinets-Bathroom sinks, tub, shower, and toilets not cleaned for a long time and very dirty.-Used bars of soap in both showers.-Wet toilet paper at the bottom of the upstairs shower.-Shoes and dirty clothes around the house inside and out.-Dirt and trash on floors-Refrigerator and freezer contained food and drinks from past renters.-No shelves in the freezer, ice maker broken, fridge and freezer very dirty.-Light on side deck with grill did not work so could not see at night. Very low light led motion sensor lights only came on if you walked by but did not illuminate the deck and tuned off quickly -Rug going up stairs very dirty and stained.-Bed sheets contained sand, chunks of dirt, and hair. One bed didn't even have a bottom fitted sheet. They claimed they were changed but that was not true. We are concerned about what the previous tenants had for parasites.-Wrappers and small trash on the floors-Couches stained-Bathroom trash not emptied in either bathroom from previous renters.-Pod coffee maker still had old pod in it and the base full of dried old coffee and food pieces.-Towels were stained with what appeared to be light blood stains. Dirty towels hanging in both bathrooms.Tried to wash the towels but the washer didn't work. Owner wouldn't bring clean towels.Unfortunately I can only add 8 pictures. There are more.
