Two story unit located within walking distance to the charming Pier Village of St. Simons and its famous lighthouse. This beautiful 2bed/2.5bath unit offers unique style, amazing décor and outstanding comfort throughout. Features include: a luxurious master suite with private master bath, a spacious guest bedroom and bathroom, a gorgeous dining area with sitting for 6 comfortably, an amazing family room, and a relaxing patio area for winding down after a long day at the beach. Additional features include plantation shutters, stainless steel appliances with side by side refrigerator, free WI-FI, in unit washer and dryer and onsite pool.

The East Beach is a short bike ride or a 3 minute drive from the villa. The Coast Guard Station entrance to the east beach has outdoor showers, bathrooms and a snack bar.

Other amenities that are within walking distance include: Neptune Water Park/miniature golf, Mallery Recreational Park, Demere Park (for skaters), basketball court, tennis court, and a baseball field.

Overall great stay at a lovely property. Only suggestion I have is to supply measuring cups and spoons. One of the reasons we rent houses is to save money by cooking, and I did find it to be a little inconvenient to not have measuring tools; not a big complaint, just a suggestion.

Perfect in every way

We had a wonderful stay! This condo has everything you need and is within walking distance to the beach, the pier, the shops and restaurants. Very quiet complex and we had the pool all to ourselves most days! Highly recommend!

Great island condo!

Condo was clean, well decorated and in a great location. Walk to pier/village area where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Close to beach, 5 minute drive. Would recommend and stay again!
