***Note. Elni Lake is a shallow and mucky Lake with seasonal lily pads. To Enjoy a swim or watersports day, Clear Lake is a 5 minute walk.***

PETS
We allow up to 2 dogs for $75 per stay per dog.
At the moment of booking total if you add you bring pets, VRBO will add the charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones.

Per Michigan law - all pets must remain on a leash when outside. Pet waste bags are provided and are to be used.

Do not leave pets unattended indoors unless crated.

SMOKING/VAPING
Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only and must be properly disposed of in the designated container. NO smoking or vaping indoors at any time.

BUNK BED SAFETY GUIDELINES
Top bunk is not recommended for children under 6.
Only one person on the top bunk at a time.
No climbing, jumping, or rough play on or around the bunks.
Use the provided ladder to access the top bunk.

Use at Your Own Risk
The hot tub is provided for your enjoyment, but use is entirely at your own risk. Neither the hosts nor the property owners are liable for any injury, illness, or accidents that may occur during use.

Health Precautions

Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or any health concerns that may be affected by heat.

Children under 6 are not allowed in the hot tub. Minors must be supervised at all times.

Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Safety Guidelines

No diving, jumping, or horseplay.

Limit use to 15–20 minutes at a time.

Do not exceed the posted maximum number of users.

Keep the cover on when not in use.

Do not sit or place heavy items on the cover.

No glass is allowed near or in the hot tub.

Cleanliness and Damage

Shower before entering to keep the water clean.

Any damage to the hot tub or its components may result in additional charges.

If the tub requires excessive cleaning or water replacement due to misuse, additional fees may apply.

Assumption of Risk & Indemnity
By using the hot tub, you accept all risks and agree to release and hold harmless the property owners and hosts from any claims or liability.
