About this property

WORLD CUP READY - 16 Minutes from SoFi Stadium

Walking distance to the Beach, and close to Tram for World Cup.

Great place to stay a while in El Segundo with Spectacular views with an ocean breeze always. The ocean is a quick 30 minute walk away or 10 minute drive. Run down with your dog or ride a bide down to the bike path and dolphin watch.

THE SUITE AND BEDROOM ARE IN A SHARED YARD. The suite has a full kitchen with a queen bed, two bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower, . The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with shower. The price is for both, but they can be requested separately for a different price. Just message owners.

Other things to note
The front house is a family of five with kids, dogs, and cats. The dogs are small and will be fenced when there are guests. We only want guests who will be respectful and responsible with young children around. We do not condone drug use nor smoking on the property. Parking is available on the Street.

We had a great stay. Communication was great, the home was very clean, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. They gave great recommendations for restaurants and points of interest nearby. We'd definitely come back.

I love this home. It’s modern, clean and so much light. It was well throughout from the amenities to the layout of the home and very well stocked. It’s also quiet and has a homely feel. The host was attentive and so friendly. The communication was perfect. Even gave us recommendations like going to the beach and watching the sunset. Make sure to do this. It’s beautiful I enjoyed the sliding doors front and back as it gave you the feeling of the the outside being a part of the space. We go to LA twice a year for our conferences, we will be booking this home every time! Highly recommended!!

The house was cute, clean, and overall a pleasant place to stay. Everything was well-maintained, and we enjoyed our time there.However, I think it would be helpful for future guests to know that there is no air conditioning. Depending on the weather, this could affect comfort during the stay. Another issue was the amount of natural light coming into the home early in the morning. The rooms could benefit from blackout curtains or better window coverings, as it was difficult to sleep once the sun came up.Also, if you’re staying on a Friday, be aware that parking can be challenging. There is no dedicated parking, so you’ll need to park on the street, and in our case we had to move the car early in the morning. This wasn’t ideal when trying to relax and sleep in during a vacation.Other than those issues, the stay was good and the property was clean and charming.

This house is fantastic! It is clean and beautiful. It has beautiful views, and is very safe. Wonderful for a family or couples. The host communicated very well, and made sure everything was perfect.
