we did not end up staying in this house. The owner first texted and said the bed arrangement was different than what was advertised. I accepted the change then about 2 hours before our planned arrival the owner text me and asks me to call him so I did. He tells me there is a terrible smell in one of the bedrooms that he could not find the source of but assumed it was a dead rodent. We declined to stay there and scrambled last minute for a hotel room nearby. The owner wanted us to cancel in the app which I did not do as the app stated that I would be charged for the room despite the problems with the owner and the place. I ended up eating the cost. I would not stay here. Customer service support was not easy on the app and the owner did not have the property in shape for a rental.
