This premium ground floor two bedroom and two bathroom condo is beautifully appointed with fine furnishings and wonderful art. The living area provides multiple seating options and there is a mirrored wall above the chair rail, as well as a flat screen television, DVD player, and stereo system in an armoire. Your fully equipped kitchen is ready and waiting for you to cook as little or as much as you want, and there are three stools at the breakfast bar, as well as six chairs at a glass dining table. Enjoying your food and beverages outdoors is a vacation tradition, so on the patio you will find a table with four chairs, and additional seating. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, a flat screen television hung on a wall, private access to the patio, and a bathroom which has a sink, an extended vanity counter, and a traditional bathtub and shower combination. In the guest room are a pair of queen-size beds, another wall-mounted flat screen television, and a bathroom with a sink, vanity counter, and a combo tub-shower.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
