Whether you`re skiing Lutsen Mountains, hiking along Lake Superior, biking local trails, or simply relaxing at the resort, Oak Cottage puts you close to everything the North Shore has to offer.

Parking: One designated parking space is included.

Pets: No pets are permitted.

Check-In: Self check-in directly at the unit. Your door code and arrival instructions will be provided approximately 48 hours before check-in.

Important Information

Resort Amenities: Pools, hot tubs, and other shared amenities are HOA-managed and may close without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity closures.

Ski Access: Ski-in/ski-out access depends on Lutsen Mountains operations, weather, snow conditions, and trail availability and is outside the host’s control.

Rental Agreement: A short registration form must be completed after booking and before check-in details are released.

Cancellation Fee: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, environmental, or air-quality conditions, including snowstorms, icy roads, wildfire smoke, travel delays, flight disruptions, late arrivals, or early departures. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Great for what our family needed. Location was right on the hill with very easy access. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub.
